Cancellation request delay
I had a really annoying situation happen when I tried to cancel an online order on the weekend. Even though I asked to cancel it way before the workweek started, the company said they couldn't do it in time. So, I ended up getting charged a $25 fee that could have been avoided if they had better customer service. I was pretty let down and inconvenienced by their lack of help and slow response.

I just wanted to say that I recently tried out the detox program from here and it was amazing! It made me feel so much better and full of energy. The products were simple to use and didn't taste too awful, which was a nice surprise. The customer service was really great, they were friendly and answered all my questions. I also found the pricing to be fair for the quality of the products. My order arrived quickly, only took a few days. All in all, I would definitely suggest The Great Black Detox to anyone wanting to do a cleanse.

Recent contact lens purchase
I recently bought some contact lenses from an online store I usually order from. Even though I've bought from them before, this time I had some big issues with my order. I usually order my lenses well in advance, like 15-20 days before I really need them. Sadly, my orders have been coming late consistently, making me really frustrated and causing me a lot of problems. The customer service people have given me a bunch of excuses for the delays, but I didn't find them very professional or satisfying. Because of all this, I can't really trust this company to give me my stuff on time anymore. Overall, my experience with them has been pretty disappointing and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Oh my goodness, I found this really cute tie-dye crop top and skirt at this store! The colours are so beautiful and the fabric is super soft and comfortable. I felt like a fashion queen when I wore it to my friend's birthday party. Everyone kept asking me where I got it from!

I bought two things in different colors but the same size. When they arrived, I found out that one was a real XL and the other was a small. It was pretty disappointing and surprising to see such a big difference in sizing. I thought a popular store like this would have better quality control.

Dang it! Can't find the Marilyn Monroe slim calendar for 2024 anywhere! I always get it here, but no luck this year. A year without Marilyn on my wall just doesn't feel right. I'm seriously bummed out about it.
