    My time trying to buy shoes from this store was so annoying, eh? I tried to order them a few times, but ran into problems every single time. At first, they said they couldn't ship the shoes to where I live, which made no sense since I was on the right website for my country, eh? Then, the second time I tried, they cancelled my order because the shoes were out of stock. And when I gave it one more shot, same thing - the shoes were not available. I was so mad and disappointed, eh? And to top it off, their customer service was total garbage, which just made things even worse.

    I bought a pair of shoes about a month ago, but then I got an email saying the order was cancelled. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't got my 530€ refund.     I just bought a really nice pair of fancy sneakers from Stefania Mode and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good they are. These shoes are different and just what I wanted.     I got an email from this website about a VAT free deal, but when I bought something, they didn't tell me I'd have to pay customs fees in Canada. When I asked for my money back, they said no and only gave me a voucher to buy more stuff from them with their rules. That's not right at all and totally dishonest.

    Unreceived order, lack of customer service response

    I bought something from that online store not long ago, but it never showed up. I tried to contact customer service several times by email, but they never got back to me. The lack of communication and not caring about my issue has made me really irritated and let down. I think online stores need to be better at this stuff because it's not okay and it makes them look bad.

    Valentino bag purchase

    I was a bit unsure about ordering from this website because of the reviews, but I took a chance and ordered a Valentino bag. After I placed my order, I got a message telling me my card was declined and my order was cancelled. I called my bank, but they couldn't figure out the problem. I decided to try another card and luckily it worked. My bag arrived in The Netherlands in just 3 days, which was really impressive. I've heard some had issues with declined cards and waiting for refunds, but I got mine quickly. Even with the bumps at the start, I'm happy with my purchase and the fast delivery. The bag is beautiful and I even got a nice email from customer service saying sorry for the trouble.

    I got an email from the company, eh? They offered me a 20% discount code for my next purchase to make up for their mistakes before. It's nice of them to offer, but doesn't change the fact that I wasn't happy with their service at first. It's kind of disappointing that they thought they could make things right by just giving me a discount. I'm not gonna pretend like my bad experience never happened just because of a discount code, you know?

    Shrinking shirt, poor quality, unhelpful customer service

    I bought a shirt from this store not too long ago and I was really let down by how it turned out. I washed it once and it shrunk a lot, so now I can't wear it at all. When I contacted customer service to try to return it, they told me it would take 3-4 months to even think about it. That's not cool – the way they're not helping out and not caring about the customer. I spent a good amount on that shirt, so I'm pretty disappointed. I wouldn't suggest buying from there after what happened to me.

    I bought two things in different colors but the same size. When they arrived, I found out that one was a real XL and the other was a small. It was pretty disappointing and surprising to see such a big difference in sizing. I thought a popular store like this would have better quality control.

    I made a purchase on December 5th, 2022 for an item that was supposed to be in stock. However, after waiting for a week without any shipping update, I reached out to customer service to check on my order. I was shocked to find out that the item was actually out of stock. The representative tried to convince me to buy a different item instead, but I asked for a refund because of the false information. Even after reaching out multiple times, I still haven't received my refund or a clear explanation about my order. It's been almost three weeks of frustration and confusion, making me question the credibility of this company.

    I am so frustrated with the customer service at this store. I had problems with my Stella McCartney sneakers, so I contacted them for help. It took forever for them to let me return the sneakers for inspection, even after I sent a bunch of emails and explanations. And now, after waiting and following up with more emails, I still haven't gotten any solution or replacement. Their lack of communication and stalling tactics have really disappointed me. My family and friends won't be using their services anymore either.

    I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from Stefania Mode. I waited three weeks for my package to arrive, only to find out it was stuck in shipping because they didn't provide the right customs documents.
