Lemon Sips supplement purchase
I bought the Lemon Sips supplement and thought the taste was not bad at first, but as time went on, it started to make me feel pretty gross. I didn't get any good results from it even though I took it like they said. Also, the containers didn't have enough for the 21 days like they said they would, which was a letdown since most supplements have enough for 30 days. When I asked for my money back and followed the steps they told me to, it's been over a month and still no refund. This is my second time having a bad experience with this company, so I'd suggest avoiding it.

High prices, lack of samples
I just bought something from this store and I wanted to give some feedback. The delivery was super quick and accurate, which was great. But I was a bit bummed that even though I spent more than $100, they didn't include a little sample as a gift with my order. The prices at this store are pretty steep, which is a downside for me. Especially now when a lot of physical stores are closed, it's tough to get your hands on their stuff. When I did finally get to the store, I found it hard to get good advice from the salesperson. Not being able to try things on or get samples makes it really difficult to decide what to buy. I think the products are good quality, but without samples or help, it's hard to know if a particular shade or product will work for me.

I bought some website design software tools from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with it. Ordering was easy enough, but the service was kind of meh. Hair and Energy subscription
I've been using the Hair and Energy products for a bit now and I have to say, they're really great. The collagen powder is also a nice addition to my daily routine. I bought a two-month subscription recently but I noticed that the collagen supply only lasts for one month. Nevertheless, I'm still happy with the products considering their price. It would be even better if the collagen powder could last for two months at the same price. All in all, I'm quite happy with my experience.

Defective products, poor customer service
Unfortunately, I recently bought a machine that turned out to be defective as soon as I opened the box. Even though I hadn't even used it yet, the machine was unusable, and the customer service response was very disappointing. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with a product from this company, so I was even more let down. Trying to get help to fix or replace the faulty product was really tough, and it made me feel like the brand wasn't taking my concerns seriously. This whole experience was super frustrating, and now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from this company in the future.

I recently bought this awesome transcription software for my meditation coaching business and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer! Impulse purchase regret
I made the mistake of buying something on a whim and right away wished I hadn't. I asked for a refund and they kept putting it off, first saying it would take 10 days, then changing it to 14 days out of nowhere. The fact that they weren't keeping me in the loop or being upfront about things really bugged me. I'll definitely be more careful about making snap decisions when it comes to buying things from now on.

I had a little problem with my order, it got delayed because of an issue with the postal service, but J&P Cycles had amazing customer service. The USPS tracking info was all mixed up, which made it seem like J&P hadn't even sent out my package when it was really the post office's mistake. I got in touch with J&P through their chatbox, and Shanna B. and Susan F. were so helpful in sorting everything out. They were able to calm me down and reassure me that my order was already on its way. The Trustpilot review thing they mentioned in their messages wasn't great, so I'd suggest avoiding using it in the future.
