Motorcycle parts
I never had any problems with this company whether I'm in the store or online. The delivery is always quick and the staff are super friendly. I always find the prices really reasonable when I shop in-person.
Extended mirror stems
I just bought some longer mirror stems for my lowbrow customs heart mirrors from that store, and I'm really happy with them. The new stems fit just right and gave me the chance to customize my mirrors just the way I wanted. The folks at the store were super helpful and knew their stuff - they helped me pick out the perfect product for what I needed. All in all, I had a really good shopping experience there and I'll definitely be going back for more parts down the road.
Handlebar grips
I really enjoy shopping at this place because they always have the parts I need for my bikes, whether they're old or new. Plus, they have some really cool accessories that I can't seem to find anywhere else. Just the other day, I did a handlebar swap and I needed a new set of grips but I didn't want to have to cut off the old ones. Luckily, I found an OEM set at a great price and they arrived super fast! I'll definitely be coming back here again in the future.
Incorrect orders
I'm frustrated with this company because I keep getting the wrong parts for my bike, even though I always talk to a rep before ordering. I can't use the 90-day return policy because I don't have internet. I've spent over $800 on parts that don't fit. It's annoying that I have to work so hard to get a refund for a $300 part that's not right. It's not fair that I have to deal with their mistakes!
Heat shield for muffler
So, I ran into a bit of an issue with my muffler burning a hole in my pants. The heat shield that came with it didn't quite cover the area where my leg was making contact. I talked to the folks at the motorcycle shop, but all they suggested was this ugly heat shield wrap. Not happy with that option, I did some digging and found JP Cycles. Their heat shield not only looks good, but it fits just right around my muffler. It got here super fast, and now my pants are safe from getting burned.
Motorcycle parts
I recently bought some motorcycle parts from your company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality of the products I got. They were exactly what I saw on your website and were the right ones for my bike. The delivery was also on time and everything arrived in good shape.
But, I was kinda bummed to find out that the products were sent from the US, 'cause I thought I was supporting a Canadian company from Ontario. So, I ended up having to pay extra duty fees when my order arrived, which wasn't made clear when I placed my order. It would have been nice to see a breakdown of all the charges before I confirmed my purchase.
Overall, my experience with your company was good, but I think you should work on being more upfront about customs charges for future customers.Exhaust system

Difficult installation, lacking instructions, early delivery, satisfied
The thing I got from J&P Cycles was a bit tricky to put on, especially since I'm new to this. The instructions they gave weren't all that great, so I had to check out their website for better info. Unfortunately, there weren't many videos for my 22 streetglide model, which made things even harder. However, even with all that, I gotta admit that J&P Cycles came through with everything they promised. I was actually surprised when the package showed up a couple days earlier than I thought it would. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again down the road.
Oil purchase, Address issue
You all did a great job fixing my order after the mix-up with the shipping address caused by PayPal. I really appreciate how fast you responded and let me place a new order with the right address without any trouble. Now, about the oil, I'm hoping this new one will be better for my motorcycle than the synthetic oil I was using. Lately, I've been having trouble starting my bike because of issues with the decompression cam, and I think it might be connected to the old oil. Thanks for handling my concerns so quickly and well.
