J&P Cycles - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought some motorcycle parts from your company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality of the products I got. They were exactly what I saw on your website and were the right ones for my bike. The delivery was also on time and everything arrived in good shape.

But, I was kinda bummed to find out that the products were sent from the US, 'cause I thought I was supporting a Canadian company from Ontario. So, I ended up having to pay extra duty fees when my order arrived, which wasn't made clear when I placed my order. It would have been nice to see a breakdown of all the charges before I confirmed my purchase.

Overall, my experience with your company was good, but I think you should work on being more upfront about customs charges for future customers.

The thing I got from J&P Cycles was a bit tricky to put on, especially since I'm new to this. The instructions they gave weren't all that great, so I had to check out their website for better info. Unfortunately, there weren't many videos for my 22 streetglide model, which made things even harder. However, even with all that, I gotta admit that J&P Cycles came through with everything they promised. I was actually surprised when the package showed up a couple days earlier than I thought it would. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again down the road.
