Titan ramp and Black Diamond wheel chock
Let me tell ya, this company is top-notch, eh! Customer service that actually cares? You betcha. Products that exceed expectations? You got that right. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the Titan ramp and Black Diamond wheel chock I ordered. The ramp was sturdy and well-packaged, arriving earlier than expected, eh. The wheel chock, on the other hand, could have been better packed by the manufacturer, but Discount Ramps still went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they apologize for the packaging issues, but they also issued a refund without me even asking. That's some next-level customer service right there, eh! I couldn't recommend them more highly and will definitely be a repeat customer, eh.
Disability ramp rusting issue
I had a little problem where my disability ramp started rusting after only 9 months. Can you believe it? It was supposed to be "rust proof" but the hitch and rollers were already showing rust. So, I called customer service and they said this kind of rust wasn't covered by the warranty because it's a different material. And get this - they asked why I didn't report it within 90 days of buying it! Seemed a bit harsh to me.
Ramp and trailer lights purchase
I recently bought a ramp and trailer lights from this company. I was all pumped up to use a 10% discount code they gave me. But when I went to check out, the discount didn't show up even though the code was accepted. I felt kind of cheated and bummed out, especially 'cause my order was over $650. So, watch out if you're thinking of using discount codes on this site, eh?

I just bought an ATV rear cargo box from this online store and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went down. Ordering was a breeze on their website and my product arrived super quick. The cargo box showed up in perfect condition, and I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
Ramp cover purchase
I've had a pretty disappointing experience with this company. I tried to return a ramp cover that I never opened or used, but customer service was very unclear and said I couldn't return it. I tried asking for more info, but didn't get any. Their website doesn't make their return policy clear, which just confuses and frustrates customers. Even though they have good products, the lack of transparency and care for customers is worrying. So, just be careful if you're thinking of buying from this company.
Meh Tie Downs
I was expecting these tie downs to be top of the line, but they really let me down. I've purchased them three times already and every time they're just okay. That's not cool, eh?
Universal roof rack
So, I ordered this roof rack for my sweet ride and let me tell you, big mistake! First off, they had the nerve to charge me 20 bucks for shipping, can you believe that? The darn thing doesn't even sit right on my car, it's sliding around like it's trying to dance up there. And let's not even talk about the instructions, they're about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. And to top it all off, when I tried to return it, they wouldn't give me my full money back - like, what's that all about? Looks like I'll have to turn to Amazon for my next purchase!
Lucky Dog pet trailer purchase
I made the mistake of buying a Lucky Dog pet trailer from this company. At first, everything seemed fine, but after a few months, the wheel bearings fell apart. I contacted Discount Ramps for new parts, but they said they didn't have any. I was really surprised by their lack of help and how they didn't seem to care about my problem. Even though the trailer was supposed to have a 1-year warranty, they couldn't find any record of my purchase and wouldn't try to help me. I've tried so hard to find replacement parts, but nothing works. This whole thing has been so frustrating and disappointing. I really suggest staying away from this product and this company.
Product installation issue
I bought a ramp from this company not too long ago, and ran into a problem with setting it up. The ramp was blocking my car's back lights and turn signals, which definitely wasn't safe for me to use. Even though they promised 100% customer satisfaction in their ads, I was let down by the product and couldn't get a refund.
