DeliveryI just bought a carrier from this company and I gotta say, the carrier itself is super durable and well-made. But man, the box it came in was a mess, all banged up with holes and missing parts, even the instructions! I had to call customer service twice to ask about my missing bits, and when I finally got them, some looked like they'd been used. Pretty bummed to see the lack of care in how they packaged and handled the product.
