Returns & RefundsI'm frustrated with this company because I keep getting the wrong parts for my bike, even though I always talk to a rep before ordering. I can't use the 90-day return policy because I don't have internet. I've spent over $800 on parts that don't fit. It's annoying that I have to work so hard to get a refund for a $300 part that's not right. It's not fair that I have to deal with their mistakes!

Returns & RefundsThe order arrived pretty fast, which was nice, but the parts didn't end up fitting my bike like they were supposed to, even though they said they would. I had to deal with the hassle of sending them back, and now I'm eagerly waiting for my credit to go through. It was frustrating to have to order the right parts from a different store after this confusion.
