I had a little problem with my order, it got delayed because of an issue with the postal service, but J&P Cycles had amazing customer service. The USPS tracking info was all mixed up, which made it seem like J&P hadn't even sent out my package when it was really the post office's mistake. I got in touch with J&P through their chatbox, and Shanna B. and Susan F. were so helpful in sorting everything out. They were able to calm me down and reassure me that my order was already on its way. The Trustpilot review thing they mentioned in their messages wasn't great, so I'd suggest avoiding using it in the future.

I'm so happy I found a good clock for my bike that wasn't made for a particular brand. Some of those mounts are just too bulky for me, so I'm glad there were different options. Plus, the price was really good! I always like supporting companies like J&P instead of Amazon.

I'm so happy with my new taillight! It looks way better than the old one that was on my bike. It was kind of hard to put on because there was some strange sticky stuff in one of the screw holes, but I cleaned it out and managed to get it attached.
