Shane and the tailor at this store were amazing! I bought a tuxedo for a wedding in Miami, but the pants were a bit too tight. I decided to wear them as they were for the wedding and then get them tailored by this store later. When I showed up the day before the wedding, Shane assured me that they would take care of the alterations right then and there so I could be ready for the big day. Every time, I told them what needed fixing but they didn't listen and I ended up with a suit that fit really badly. I was so frustrated with how they didn't pay attention to what I wanted and their customer service was not good at all. I tried reaching out to their online support, but they just sent me back to the same bad tailor. Even though the suit was not what I expected at all, they wouldn't do anything to fix it, eh.
