    damaged toy replacement

    I had a problem with my purchase recently when the product showed up all messed up, with the rubber around the charging port all torn. But I didn't let that get me down! I sent an email to customer service, attached some pictures, and included my receipt. They got back to me super quickly and sent me a new toy to replace the damaged one. The whole thing was easy-peasy, and I'm really thankful for the awesome customer service I got from the team. This whole situation has made me even more confident in supporting this company and their products in the future.

    Tuxedo purchase for wedding

    Shane and the tailor at this store were amazing! I bought a tuxedo for a wedding in Miami, but the pants were a bit too tight. I decided to wear them as they were for the wedding and then get them tailored by this store later. When I showed up the day before the wedding, Shane assured me that they would take care of the alterations right then and there so I could be ready for the big day. This level of dedication and customer service is exactly what you hope for when shopping at a store. In addition to Shane, Cody was also really helpful in coordinating my appointments. These employees truly represent the brand and provide exceptional service. Huge thanks to Shane, Cody, and the tailor for their outstanding work!

    Hey there, I've been a loyal customer of this outdoor gear company for a while now. It's really disappointing to see the decline in how they treat customers and how smoothly things are running. I used to be really impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff who were always quick to help with any questions or issues. But lately, when I tried to return a jacket, it was just a huge headache. The process took forever, and I had to try multiple times just to get the credit I deserved. The wait times for customer service calls and chats were way too long, with all kinds of excuses for the delays. It's pretty clear that something big has changed in how the company is being run, maybe new owners or management. So, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your outdoor gear needs until they get their act together.
