Air filters purchase
I bought some air filters from this company not too long ago, and I was expecting them to arrive pretty quickly based on what their website said about processing times. But it's been more than a week now since I placed my order and I still haven't heard anything about where it's at. I tried reaching out to Customer Support, but I didn't get a good explanation or any help with the delay. This whole situation has been really frustrating, and I've decided that I won't be ordering from them again after this.

2. I had a really bad experience with this company. I paid for my order and then waited forever for any updates or a tracking number, but I heard nothing. I ended up having to call them a week later and found out they hadn't even started shipping my order. It took them another eight days to finally send it out. And then it took another six days for me to actually get the product I had already paid for. The lack of communication, customer service, and speed was just not okay.Filters 22x25x1
I ordered these filters online and when they arrived, they were the wrong size and grade. Plus, there wasn't even a label on them! On top of that, I had to pay $12.00 for shipping which feels like a rip-off. The quality of the filters was nowhere near what I was anticipating. It's a total scam!
Incorrectly sized filters
I'm pretty bummed about the filters I got from this company. They're way too tiny for what I need, and I've tried getting in touch with them several times for help, but no one has responded. Waste of $50, eh?
Filter Purchase
I ordered some custom-sized filters and they sent me one that was wrong. I've been trying to reach out to the company through phone, chat, and email but they haven't responded. I'm going to have to dispute the charges for the item they got wrong.
Email overload
Oh my goodness, you won't believe it, but I am just so done with this company! I ordered some filters online (don't ask me where) and now I am getting emails non-stop. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times but they just keep popping up like a never-ending cycle. If you don't want your inbox overflowing with emails, stay away from this place!

So, I ordered some air filters and I was really looking forward to getting them. But, oh man, it took forever for them to process and ship my order. I even had to threaten to cancel it just to get them to finally finish it because they totally ignored their promised time limit. It's like they don't care about keeping their word or giving good customer service. Ugh, it's so disappointing!
Difficult size filters
I just ordered some filters in a weird size that I couldn't find at Home Depot or Amazon. I thought I'd give Factory Direct Filters a shot, and I was really happy with how it turned out. They processed my order quickly and the filters fit perfectly. It all went smoothly, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

I came across some pretty negative reviews online, but my own experience turned out to be great! The customer service was excellent and the filters I purchased were top quality. They were just as good as the ones I usually buy from well-known stores. I compared them directly and honestly couldn't find any difference. I believe the company should focus on addressing those negative reviews since ratings can really sway people's decision on whether to try them or not.

I bought air filters from this company not long ago, eh. Gotta say, the process of ordering was way harder than I thought it would be. I was eagerly waiting for some confirmation or update after I placed my order, but 10 days passed and I didn't hear a peep from them. I was getting real frustrated, so I tried contacting them through their website form, but no luck there either. I even called and left a message after hours, but still didn't hear back. It took me calling again two days later to finally get through to a customer service rep who started sorting out my order. Despite all the delays and lack of communication, they did eventually process and ship my order within a couple of business days.
Too big filters
So, I bought these 5-inch media filters for my furnace, but they ended up being too big and didn't fit properly. I had to force them in, which just ended up tearing the filter. I contacted customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. They wanted me to return the filters, but I don't want to do that for their mistake. Even after sending them pictures, they wouldn't send a replacement. It's just so frustrating!

I ordered some filters on July 21st, 2020, and now it's already August 19th, but I still haven't gotten them. They took the money from my bank on July 22nd. Every time I contact customer service, they just keep giving me canned responses and asking me to wait five days. It's pretty frustrating because my first order went smoothly. Blaming the slow shipping on Covid-19 doesn't really cut it for me.
Order of filters
I ordered some filters online and was expecting them to be delivered by a certain date. After a few days went by with no sign of them, I decided to check in. That's when I got an email saying the label for my shipment was made and the filters were on their way. But after waiting an extra 8 days, they still hadn't shown up. I contacted customer service again, only to be told my package was lost. I checked the FedEx tracking myself and saw the package never actually left the warehouse. It was really frustrating to learn they had just made a label to make it seem like they were sending something, but nothing had actually been shipped. If I had known about these issues earlier, I wouldn't have chosen to order from them. It turned out to be a waste of my time, and now I'm wondering if I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
Wrong refrigerator filter
The customer service at this place is just terrible. They sent me the wrong filter and then kept me waiting for weeks without giving me a proper solution. First, they blamed it on some IT problem, then they asked me to take pictures of the wrong filter, only to say it was now in the hands of their supervisor. The supervisor seemed more interested in getting the wrong filter back than in sending me the right one. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the filter, and I still haven't received a replacement. I keep trying to get updates, but they are not responding. I would suggest going somewhere else for your filter needs.

I bought six Merv 8 filters, 19x25x1 size, online. But, when they showed up, I got six 10x12x1 filters instead. I called customer service right away and they said they'd send the right ones right away. Problem is, I still haven't gotten them or heard anything about my order. It's pretty annoying, especially since I've had good experiences with this company before.
Furnace filters, odd sizes
I've been buying furnace filters from this company for a few years now, and I keep coming back because they have great selection of odd sizes that are hard to find elsewhere. The prices are reasonable and my filters always arrive on time. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable whenever I need help. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for specific-sized filters.

Don't bother dealing with this company if you care about good customer service. I placed an order for air filters in June and I heard nothing from them for weeks, despite trying to reach out to them multiple times by phone and email. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel my payment that they miraculously managed to ship my order within a week. Their lack of communication and responsiveness is terrible, and their customer service is seriously lacking. Even when I finally got my order, the way they handled my original concerns was disappointing. Be careful when dealing with this company.
