    Wrong refrigerator filter

    The customer service at this place is just terrible. They sent me the wrong filter and then kept me waiting for weeks without giving me a proper solution. First, they blamed it on some IT problem, then they asked me to take pictures of the wrong filter, only to say it was now in the hands of their supervisor. The supervisor seemed more interested in getting the wrong filter back than in sending me the right one. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the filter, and I still haven't received a replacement. I keep trying to get updates, but they are not responding. I would suggest going somewhere else for your filter needs.
