It was really frustrating to learn they had just made a label to make it seem like they were sending something, but nothing had actually been shipped. If I had known about these issues earlier, I wouldn't have chosen to order from them. It turned out to be a waste of my time, and now I'm wondering if I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
