Next day delivery
I gotta say, I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I shelled out extra for next day delivery, but it's been 5 days and my order still hasn't shown up. The worst part is, I can't even reach them to find out what's going on. It's just plain ridiculous, and I have no plans to buy from them again.
Razor
I just bought a new razor from the store. It looked really nice and there were different colors to pick from. The price was fair and I thought it was a good deal for a razor. I also had to reach out to customer service for some questions and they got back to me fast and were super helpful. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Trial Pack
I gave the free trial a shot, and thought the Razor was okay, but I still prefer my Gillette. Without really noticing, I ended up subscribing by mistake. I reached out to customer service for a refund, and they were really helpful and gave me my money back. I might think about trying their razors again sometime down the road.
Best razor ever
I just got the best razor from Harry's and it's amazing! I've tried so many other razors but this one is on a whole other level. It feels like I'm getting a professional shave right in my own home, I'm loving it!

The customer service at this place is amazing! I needed some help with my account and questions about the products, and Rebecca got back to me right away. She kept me updated and gave me clear answers to all my questions. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and professional she was.
New handle and blades from alternative brand
I recently decided to switch from the razor subscription I was using to try a new handle and blades from a different brand. I'm 58 years old and don't have a very heavy beard, so I shave every other day to keep it under control. The 6-blade razor I was using before would clog up if I waited too long between shaves, so I decided to look for something else. I didn't think the 4-blade option from the same brand would work for me because it didn't have an extra trimming blade.
After trying out this new brand for two shaves, I have to say that the shave is just as close, if not better, than what I was using before. I haven't had any clogging issues yet, but I haven't let my beard grow out for more than two days since I made the switch.Razor and shaving cream
So, I recently got this razor and shaving cream set from a company because they had a really good deal going on. I was actually planning on giving it to my husband, but then I tried it out and loved it so much that I ended up keeping it for myself. The shaving cream made my legs super soft and moisturized, much better than any other razor I've used before. I liked it so much that I ended up signing up for their auto ship program. The razor is pretty comfortable to hold and the blades are sharp. The only downside was that my blade refill shipment didn't have enough shaving cream, but it's not a big deal since I can buy it separately. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Unsatisfactory shaving experience
My experience with this product has been pretty disappointing, eh. I thought I would try something new for a better shaving experience, but it didn't turn out so great, ya know. Right from the start, it felt rough and scratchy on my skin, and I ended up with a few nicks every morning, eh. I've had smoother shaves with cheaper disposable razors, for sure. So, I'll be going back to my old brand once I use up this product, that's for sure.
Missing order
I'm still waiting for my order that somehow disappeared into thin air. The customer service team told me it's lost and I need to talk to the seller, but I can't seem to get through to them no matter how hard I try. How am I supposed to fix this if I can't even get in touch with anyone? It's so frustrating, I feel like I just wasted my money.
Shaving products and grooming items
I just bought some shaving stuff and grooming items from this place. Let me tell you, the products were top-notch and exactly as advertised. The razors gave me a nice close shave, and the grooming products made my skin feel really good. There were lots of options to choose from, and I thought the prices were fair for what I got. Plus, I signed up for the subscription service, which made it so easy to get refills without having to remember to reorder all the time. I liked that I could easily change how often I got refills to fit my schedule.
Beard grooming products
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I just bought some beard grooming stuff because I decided to shave off the beard I've had for the past five or six years. The products are really good quality and the prices are fair, especially with everything else getting more expensive. I'm really happy with what I got.

As a 76-year-old guy who's been shaving forever, I've tried loads of different products from different brands, all of them pretty pricey. But hey, I gotta say, finally found this awesome product that's not only meeting my needs but is also easy on the wallet. Years of loyalty
I've been going to Harry's for years and I gotta say, they never let me down. Sure, there were some issues in the past but let's face it, it was likely my own fault. The customer service is amazing and they always go the extra mile to make things right.
New razor and blades
I was a faithful fan of a different brand for a long time, but their products just weren't cutting it for me anymore. So, I took a leap and decided to give this brand a shot. And wow, I am so impressed with how amazing their razor and blades are. My first delivery at my new address
Hey! So, I just ordered some things for the first time at my new place, but they didn't arrive on time due to the long weekend. Luckily, this really friendly person named Sagal helped me out right away and I got my things the next day! I always receive awesome service and I really appreciate being able to easily add more items to my order. And getting a surprise gift is really cool and exciting! 😃👍
Shaving blades, gel, shower gel, and shampoo
I absolutely love using Harry's products! Their shaving blades and gel are seriously top-notch, they always give me a super smooth shave. And don't even get me started on their shower gel and shampoo - they're amazing, so foamy and they smell fantastic! Honestly, I don't use anything else anymore.
Shaving products
I gotta say, I bought some shaving stuff from this store not too long ago and I'm super impressed. Even though they told me their products aren't meant for shaving your head, I went ahead and tried it anyway and I've been using them ever since. The shave I get from their products is amazing, both for my head and face. The foaming gel is a total game-changer and I definitely think you should give their products a shot.
Recent missing item in delivery
I've been a customer for a while now and I've mostly been happy with what I've bought here. But, on my last order, I was kinda bummed to see that something I ordered wasn't in my delivery. It's frustrating 'cause I really wanted that item.
Ordering over the phone
I had some trouble logging into my account online to place an order, so I decided to give them a call. The customer service representative, Sagal, was so helpful and patient. She took my order over the phone and even helped me with my login issue. She is the best person I've ever dealt with in customer service. Kudos to them!
Defective blades
I just bought a pack of blades from your store, and I had a bit of a problem with one of the batches. The blades weren't sharp and were giving me irritation when I was shaving. I contacted your customer service team, and I was happy with how quickly Jahin replied to my concerns. He acted fast, and I'm grateful for his attention to my issue. In the future, I hope that Harry's will work with their manufacturers to avoid these situations and make sure customers get top-notch products. All in all, I want to commend Harry's for their quick customer service and dedication to fixing problems for customers.
