Order hasn't come
Hey there, I ordered something from this place and it still hasn't arrived after 20 days. I've been checking my tracking obsessively and it hasn't budged in 2 weeks! I tried reaching out to customer service but they weren't much help. They just told me to wait 21 days from the last tracking update. Usually, I enjoy shopping here, but this whole situation has been really disappointing. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Mask Mishap
I recently bought some masks from this company, but my old address got filled in automatically at checkout. The masks ended up going to my old place in NYC. I told the customer service team about it, but they weren't helpful and didn't care. They didn't want to send me new masks or give me a refund. They said I had to send the masks back, but that's impossible since I haven't lived in NYC since 2021. Their lack of understanding really disappointed and frustrated me. I won't be shopping at this company anymore and won't be recommending it to anyone I know personally or professionally.

Large purchase cancellation
I tried to buy something online recently, but my order got canceled because there was some issue with verifying my info. I did everything they asked to confirm my details, even called customer service for help. But I kept getting passed on to different departments without getting any help. I got so frustrated and decided to just go to the actual store instead. It was a huge waste of time and I was so disappointed with how everything went down at that store. I definitely won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

Probiotics purchase
I was really happy with how fast and clear the company communicated about my order. They sent the product out quick, which was great. But, I did have a problem with the packaging - the cap on my probiotics bottle was broken during shipping. I think using a more padded package would help avoid this kind of damage next time.
