Tea purchase
I had a really good time ordering my tea from this shop. The shipping was quick, the prices were reasonable, and the customer service was amazing. I'm so happy with my purchase and I'll definitely come back for more in the future.
My recent order
My recent order came in on time and was packed really well. The food that can go bad had good dates on them and everything tasted amazing. I would definitely suggest them to others.
Christmas novelty treats
My package of Christmas goodies arrived perfectly and right on time. As a Canadian, I love ordering from this company every holiday season. They have such a great variety of items, but my favorite was the musical chocolate forest/village from Marks and Spencer's. It was so special and my friends and neighbors loved it too. Hopefully they bring it back next year!
British food delivery
I'm super happy with the British food delivery service from this online retailer. They got my order to me pretty fast and everything arrived in great condition, no issues with customs or extra fees. The products are top-notch and the service was super efficient. Truly impressed!
Online grocery purchase
It's a bummer, eh? Looks like British Corner Shop has gone belly up, which really sucks for us customers who love their stuff. I've always been a regular there and loved being able to order British snacks and treats online, getting them delivered right to my door. It's a real shame to see them struggling, especially with everything else going on right now. Hopefully they can figure something out to keep the business going for all of us who count on them for a taste of home, eh?
Missing items, damaged goods, poor customer service
I ordered some stuff from the British Corner Shop, eh, and to be honest, it didn't go too well. The package I got was missin' stuff, some things were all beat up, and it looked like it had been opened and splashed with vinegar. Seemed like the package got jostled around a lot during delivery 'cause it was taped up real quick to try and keep it together. I tried to reach out to the British Corner Shop 'bout what happened, but I haven't heard back from 'em yet, and my problem ain't been fixed. It's been a few days now, and I gotta say, I'm real disappointed with their customer service.
Ordered gifts for Portugal
I ordered some gifts for my family in Portugal and they arrived right on time, looking awesome. British Corner Shop is really great!
British groceries
I just bought some British groceries online and I gotta say, the quality was pleasantly surprising. Everything arrived on time and packaged well. The tariffs were a little steep, but I get that's not the company's fault. However, I noticed that the more I bought, the better deal I got overall.
Quick delivery, fresh items
I was so happy with the stuff I got from this store. They came all fresh and nicely packed, that's always a good indication. Especially cool was how fast they arrived, even with all the holiday craziness going on. I really appreciate the effort to make sure my order got to me on time. All in all, a really awesome experience.
Christmas gift delivery to brother in France
I bought a Christmas present for my brother in France from this company. But there was a problem with the address and the parcel got sent back. I tried to contact the company to fix it, but they didn't respond to me. I lost money and my brother didn't get his gift. Their customer service and communication were really bad. I wouldn't suggest using this company for international shipping.
Chips and Chocolate
So I ordered some chips and chocolate from this store recently. Unfortunately, one of the chocolate bars came all melted because it wasn't packed properly. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently customer service dealt with the problem. They arranged a refund for the damaged chocolate right away, which really impressed me.
yummy snacks and drinks
I just ordered some yummy snacks and drinks from this store and I was so pleased with how fast everything showed up. The only thing I kinda wish is that they had the choice to freeze stuff that goes bad so it stays fresh for a bit longer.
English pudding purchase
As a customer living in Spain with English roots, I was super happy to be able to get an English pudding from British Corner Shop. Ordering was easy peasy and the service was top-notch. The price for the pudding was fair considering how yummy it was. The pudding arrived quickly and in great shape. All in all, I had a really good experience with British Corner Shop and would definitely suggest it to others wanting British products outside of the UK.
I bought lots of yummy British snacks
The service was amazing, as usual! They have the greatest selection of snacks. I ordered my treats really fast and they arrived quickly, even though it was right before Christmas. The only downside was that UPS in Sydney made a mistake and delivered my snacks to the wrong address. I couldn't go search for it because I injured my foot, so I had to wait for my daughter to come over and find it for me 2 days later. By that time, the chocolate had melted, but I understand it's not their fault, it's all on UPS.
Multiple fragile glass jars ordered to EU (Poland)
I was really happy with my recent order from the British Corner Shop. I ordered a bunch of delicate glass jars to be shipped to Poland in the EU, and everything got here safe and sound with no problems. I thought the packaging was great, especially since I had heard some people had issues with it in the past. And the delivery was quicker than I expected, especially given the time of year right before Christmas. All in all, my order went off without a hitch.
Late Christmas order
Oh man, I totally messed up and left my Christmas order really late. I was so worried I wouldn't get it on time, but these guys promised me it would arrive before Christmas, and you know what? It did! It showed up just five days after I ordered, all nicely wrapped and safe.
Good selection, reasonable price, quick service, well packaged
I just bought something from this online store and I gotta say, they have a really great variety of products at decent prices. Plus, the service was super fast and my order came nicely wrapped. I'll for sure be shopping from them again!
British products
I recently bought some British stuff online and I gotta say, I was super happy with the whole experience. It was easy peasy to find what I wanted, place my order, and pay up. Plus, my package arrived right on time as promised. The website had a ton of British goodies that I've been missing since I've been away, and I was impressed with the quality of everything I got. I'd definitely suggest this online store to anyone who wants to get their hands on some British goods while living abroad. Cheers!
Crumpets, vinegar and salt snacks, KP Vinegar Nuts
I had a great time checking out all the UK products on the website, especially the crumpets and vinegar and salt snacks. But, I was kinda bummed that there wasn't enough KP Vinegar Nuts in stock. It would be really awesome if the store could get more so that everyone can get their hands on them.
First order received before Christmas
My first order with British Corner Shop was placed a week before Christmas. I was so happy to get it just in time for the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised since I didn't think it would come so fast. I also liked that they let me know when some items were out of stock and there was a delay in updating prices. They had a great selection of products, but I was a bit sad that they were out of lemon curd.
