    I was super excited to finally get my hands on a new pair of running shoes from this store. But oh boy, was I let down. The ordering process was a nightmare - glitchy website, confusing navigation, and don't even get me started on the checkout process. It felt like I was trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. And let's not even talk about the customer service. I had a simple question about sizing and it took forever to get a response. The pricing was okay, I guess, but honestly, the delivery was a disaster. My shoes showed up late and the packaging looked like it had been through a war zone. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.

    Protein powder and pre-workout supplements

    I just got some protein powder and pre-workout supplements from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good everything was. The protein powder mixed up nicely and tasted amazing, and the pre-workout really gave me the energy I needed for my workouts. The customer service was really good too, they knew their stuff and answered all my questions. The prices were fair for what I got, but the delivery took longer than I thought it would, which kinda sucked. Overall, I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone wanting top-notch nutrition supplements.

    I had such a great customer service experience with your company recently. I was feeling frustrated because I thought I had already fixed an issue, but didn't know what to do next. The customer service rep I talked to on April 6th, 2024 was so quick to reassure me that they would take care of it right away. I was really impressed by how patient and helpful they were throughout our chat. They really listened to my concerns and fixed the issue efficiently, making me feel really happy and valued as a customer. I think your company would do really well with more employees like them who really care about making customers happy and are great at solving problems.

    I really like your clothes! It's too bad there are no free returns for us Canadians. Sending stuff back costs, like, $25! I had a bathing suit I wanted to exchange, but I was worried it wouldn't fit. If returns were free, I totally would have exchanged it.

    Stainless steel tumbler

    As someone who bought a stainless steel tumbler, I was really let down by the quality. The paint started chipping off right away, even though I always hand washed it as instructed. The paint kept peeling off, and there were other problems that made it hard to use. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were not helpful or responsive at all, which was really disappointing.

    Faulty treadmill purchase

    I bought a treadmill from this company and it was a total disaster. Started off fine, but after 6 months, it started acting up. It would randomly stop while I was using it, super frustrating and unsafe. Kept getting error messages, and eventually just wouldn't start at all after a few minutes. When I contacted customer service for help, they ignored me. Didn't pick up my calls, and the online chat was no help. Even with the extended warranty, they wouldn't offer any tech support. Disappointing to waste money on a useless product so quickly. Definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone.

    High-end gaming PC purchase
