Cold air intake kit
So I decided to treat myself and get a cold air intake kit for my car from this auto parts company. I was pretty pumped to give my car a little boost, but when I got the kit, it was missing a few pieces. I was annoyed, so I shot off an email to their customer service team, fully expecting to get some pushback or excuses. But surprise, surprise - they right away offered to send me the missing pieces at no extra charge, and they showed up in just a few days. I was really impressed with how swiftly and smoothly they dealt with the situation, and their commitment to making things right without any fuss. It's awesome when a company stands behind their stuff and takes care of their customers. Cheers to that!
Quality products, excellent customer service
I've been going to Spelab Auto Parts for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. The parts I've bought have fit perfectly and performed even better than I expected. There was this one time where a package got damaged in shipping and some stuff was missing. I reached out to customer support and they were super quick in sending out replacement parts, even though it wasn't really their fault. Their amazing customer service has definitely earned my trust in Spelab Auto Parts, and I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on.
High-quality product
I just bought something from SPELAB Auto Parts and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. The thing I got was top-notch, with strong welding and solid construction. And get this - it showed up at my door in just 3 days, quicker than I expected! I did mess up though by ordering the wrong size clamps, but their customer service team sorted it out super fast and didn't charge me extra. I really appreciate their help and how they care about keeping customers happy. All in all, I had a really good time dealing with this company and I'd totally recommend their stuff and services to anyone.
PCM and tuner order
My truck's PCM and tuner died on me, and since I work for myself, I had to keep on the move to earn a living. I looked into it and bought a tuner from SPELAB, only to discover that it was out of stock for at least 10 days. I told them about my predicament, offered to pay more for a different tuner if they could get it to me quicker, and they not only sent me the other tuner, but they also upgraded it at no cost. It really saved my bacon. I am so thankful for their amazing customer service and their willingness to help me when I needed it the most.
Dual remote valves for 5.0 coyote mustang
I got the dual remote valves for my 5.0 coyote mustang and it totally changed the car! The sound is unreal and my neighbors are actually happy that I can come back home late without waking them up. I did run into a problem with the motors, but the tech support at SPELAB was super helpful in figuring it out and fixing it. Overall, I really suggest their products to anyone who wants to boost their car's performance without causing a disturbance!
Air intake purchase
I recently ordered an air intake part and it arrived really fast and in good condition. The price was great too! I even let my buddies know about it. Plus, they respond to questions really quickly, even on weekends. I'm definitely planning to purchase more items for my truck from here!
EGR delete kit purchase
I just bought an EGR delete kit and it's honestly been great so far. The product is top-notch quality and the instructions and installation videos were very easy to follow. Plus, the delivery was super quick - I didn't have to wait long at all.
I had a few questions during the installation process and when I contacted customer service, they got back to me right away and gave me all the answers I needed. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the intercooler pipe kit I got for my 2018 6.7 engine. The pipes and silicone boots are top quality, and they fit perfectly. The installation was easy, thanks to the clear instructions that came with it.
Once I put the kit in, I could feel a big difference in how my truck performs. The boost kicks in faster, and the acceleration is way more responsive. I'm super happy with this purchase and for sure will be coming back to SPELAB Auto Parts for more upgrades down the road.Exhaust pipe purchase
I bought a new exhaust pipe from this auto parts store, and at first, I was happy with it. But when I tried to install it, I found out that a really important piece was missing. So, I contacted their customer support team, and I was pretty impressed with how fast they got back to me and how willing they were to assist me. Even though there was a mistake with the shipping, they dealt with it like pros and made sure I got the right part in the end.
New muffler part
So I ordered this new muffler part from SPELAB but turns out I got the wrong size! The folks at the muffler shop noticed and I was like oh no! But then I sent an email to SPELAB and they replied super quickly. They told me exactly what to do and on March 21, I shipped back the wrong part using FedEx. They even gave me a tracking number for the replacement part they're sending me. I'm excited to receive it and see if it fits this time!
Deletion kit purchase
I bought this deletion kit from a company and I liked the product. It came quickly and was good quality. But I was a bit let down because one box was damaged and missing parts. I get that it might not all be the company's fault, but it did impact my experience.
Electric cutoff purchase
I bought an electric shutoff valve a month ago and the motor that opens the flap stopped working. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful and professional. They sent me a replacement in just 2 days, which was super fast. I was really impressed with their excellent customer service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others. Cutouts purchase
I've been using their cutouts for about a year now and I've gotten a lot of compliments and questions about them. The service at this place is really good. When I had some issues with a few parts, they helped me out right away and showed me how to fix them. The cutouts and customer service were both great, I definitely suggest this company for their products if you want to stand out.
CCV Kit Purchase
I just bought a CCV kit from SPELAB Auto Parts and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. I had a couple of hiccups with my order, but the folks at SPELAB really went out of their way to help me. I was super impressed with how they handled everything and I couldn't be happier. Missing parts in order
I just ordered some car parts from this store, eh, but when my order arrived, eh, there were some parts missing, eh. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat, hoping to get the missing parts sent over ASAP, but the person I was chatting with, well, they started calling me names, eh! It took a good three messages before they realized I was talking to the wrong department, eh. Personally, I'd rather chat with someone over the phone, eh, since email and chat were just too frustrating and unprofessional, eh.
Quality auto parts
I just bought some really good auto parts from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed by how awesome their customer service is, the quality of the parts, and how quickly they were delivered.
