    Dual remote valves for 5.0 coyote mustang

    I got the dual remote valves for my 5.0 coyote mustang and it totally changed the car! The sound is unreal and my neighbors are actually happy that I can come back home late without waking them up. I did run into a problem with the motors, but the tech support at SPELAB was super helpful in figuring it out and fixing it. Overall, I really suggest their products to anyone who wants to boost their car's performance without causing a disturbance!

    Intercooler pipe kit for 2018 6.7 engine

    I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the intercooler pipe kit I got for my 2018 6.7 engine. The pipes and silicone boots are top quality, and they fit perfectly. The installation was easy, thanks to the clear instructions that came with it.
    Once I put the kit in, I could feel a big difference in how my truck performs. The boost kicks in faster, and the acceleration is way more responsive. I'm super happy with this purchase and for sure will be coming back to SPELAB Auto Parts for more upgrades down the road.

    New muffler part

    So I ordered this new muffler part from SPELAB but turns out I got the wrong size! The folks at the muffler shop noticed and I was like oh no! But then I sent an email to SPELAB and they replied super quickly. They told me exactly what to do and on March 21, I shipped back the wrong part using FedEx. They even gave me a tracking number for the replacement part they're sending me. I'm excited to receive it and see if it fits this time!

    I just ordered some car parts from this store, eh, but when my order arrived, eh, there were some parts missing, eh. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat, hoping to get the missing parts sent over ASAP, but the person I was chatting with, well, they started calling me names, eh! It took a good three messages before they realized I was talking to the wrong department, eh. Personally, I'd rather chat with someone over the phone, eh, since email and chat were just too frustrating and unprofessional, eh.

    PCM and tuner order

    My truck's PCM and tuner died on me, and since I work for myself, I had to keep on the move to earn a living. I looked into it and bought a tuner from SPELAB, only to discover that it was out of stock for at least 10 days. I told them about my predicament, offered to pay more for a different tuner if they could get it to me quicker, and they not only sent me the other tuner, but they also upgraded it at no cost. It really saved my bacon. I am so thankful for their amazing customer service and their willingness to help me when I needed it the most.
