Online voucher redemption
Ya know, I used to think this place was pretty good, but my last experience totally changed my mind. I was trying to use a voucher for an online store and it's turned into a real nightmare. I've sent so many emails and given them all my info, but still no sign of my voucher. It's like they can't even find my account, let alone process my request. The customer service has really gone downhill and it's super frustrating. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

eReader purchase
The eReader is just the right size and I love how it has those handy page turn buttons. The screen size is really easy to read and you can adjust the brightness for your comfort. The sleep cover is nice and soft, but also feels durable. I’m pretty impressed with the selection of books – it definitely hasn’t let me down.
