OMG, you guys, I gotta tell you about this satchel I got for Christmas - it was seriously the best decision EVER! Huge shoutout to Theresa, the customer service lady who helped me out big time. Thanks to her, my satchel arrived just in time for Christmas – so relieved! I was stressing about it maybe getting lost in the mail, but Theresa made sure everything went smoothly. I just got this software from this company and I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time. The customer service was not great, I couldn't really understand the reps. When I called, I got someone who had trouble speaking English clearly, so it was hard to get my problems sorted out. And when I tried the chat, the person could write in English, but as soon as I asked a important question, they stopped helping me. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I used to really like this program, but now it seems like it's gone downhill.

I have a story to share about this subscription service that charged me $99 out of the blue. I hadn't even used the app in a year and then I saw the charge on my bank statement. I looked through my emails for any heads up about the renewal, but there was nothing there. I'm pretty upset about the way this company handled everything - they wouldn't even give me a refund when I asked for one.

I recently bought a hoodie from this store, and after only washing it once, it started getting all those annoying pills. I was really let down by the quality of the hoodie because I thought it would hold up better. When I went to return it, the manager said they couldn't do anything unless the tags were still on it. I thought that was pretty unfair since the problem was obviously due to bad workmanship. All in all, I wasn't happy with how things turned out.
