Return order
I recently had to return an order with LovelyWholesale and I have to say, I was super impressed with their customer service. They not only gave me my refund right away, but they also said I could keep the product. Their customer service really stood out to me and went above and beyond what I expected. I also liked how quick they were to reply to my emails, making it easy for us to chat about my return. Even though I had a problem with my order, they handled it like pros and left me feeling satisfied and happy as a customer.

Slow pouring craft issue
After having a hard time with Breville's online help portal trying to fix my slow pouring carafe, I finally decided to leave a public comment about it. Luckily, Michelle from the support team got back to me the next day. She was quick to reply to my emails and really put in the effort to figure things out. Since the replacement carafe was going to take 4-6 weeks to be in stock, she went above and beyond to get me a whole replacement machine instead. Thanks to Michelle's amazing help, I can now have my coffee hassle-free.
