Lost package, unresponsive customer service
I'm sorry to say that dealing with this company has been a huge letdown. My package went missing in the mail and trying to get help from customer service has been a total letdown. It's really frustrating to not hear anything back or get any help when something goes wrong. And to top it off, I've seen negative reviews disappearing from the website, which makes me worry about how honest and trustworthy this company really is.
Electric bicycles
I've bought a bunch of electric bikes from this company, but I keep running into problems with their stock and delivery times. They say stuff is "in stock" when it's actually not, which means I end up waiting longer to get my stuff. For example, I ordered two bikes on April 15th, and while one showed up on May 1st, the other is still MIA. All I got is a shipping label and a tracking number. It's frustrating to wait so long, especially when they said it was ready to go when I bought it. If they were more upfront about what's actually available, it would make things a lot easier for customers like me. If they can fix this issue, I'd be more likely to buy from them again in the future.
Undelivered product
I was pretty disappointed with my recent shopping experience. I was all pumped to buy something online, but was bummed when the delivery took way longer than I thought. It was frustrating not knowing about the delay ahead of time, they should have just told us on the website. But on the bright side, I gotta give props to Joey for dealing with my refund so quickly and being super helpful with customer service.
Two e-bikes purchased
I just bought two electric bikes and I'm really happy with them. They came pretty fast, already mostly put together, and I didn't have any trouble finishing them up. I also got some accessories that are coming in different packages, but I already have some of them. The bikes work great with or without power, and I haven't had any problems with them yet. I'm pleased with my purchase overall and would suggest this company to others.
Electric bike purchase
I didn't know electric bikes could have two motors until my boyfriend showed me this one. I was intrigued and decided to give it a go. When I took it for a spin and hit the dual motor button, I was shocked by how fast it went! It was so quick that I couldn't help but laugh in excitement. Even though it's a bit heavier, two people can easily fold it up and put it away, which makes it great for carrying and storing.
Faulty Bike
The bike finally showed up after waiting for a whole month, but I'm bummed out because it's not working right. The pedal assist doesn't even work, can you believe it? The only way it moves is if you use the throttle. I'm super disappointed in how this bike is working. Now I have to sit and wait to see what the company is gonna say to fix this mess.
E-bike purchase for daily commuting
My experience buying an e-bike from that company was pretty disappointing. The bike I got was way smaller than I thought it would be, and the paint was already starting to chip off. When I wanted to return it, the customer service folks gave me a hard time. It took forever for them to come pick up the bike, and now I'm still waiting for my refund. Not cool at all.
Fiido T1 Pro
Alright, so at first I wasn't too impressed with the Fiido T1 Pro bike, I even left a bad review, eh. But now, after having it for about a month, I gotta say I'm actually really happy with it. It's been working great and I'm glad I made the purchase, you know. When I got the tracking number from UPS instead of the company, I was a bit surprised, but it all worked out in the end. Couple days later, I got another tracking number from the company saying it had arrived, which I found kinda funny, eh. I thought maybe I got the wrong bike, the regular T1 instead of the T1 Pro, so I reached out to customer support. Turns out, it was actually an upgrade and they call it the T1 Pro, so my bad for the negative review earlier, eh.
Outstanding E-Bike
I just bought an electric bike from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with it. The bike is solidly built and rides even better than I thought it would. I've been loving every minute on it. Oh, and I had a question about the air pump so I contacted customer support. They got back to me real quick and gave me a great solution. Overall, both the bike and the customer service have been top-notch.
My new bike
Hey, I got my new bike and I'm loving it! The color is so nice and the ride is really smooth. I needed something easy on my hip after my surgery, and this bike is just right. I'm excited for all the fun rides I'm going to have on it!
M1 Pro purchase experience
I just bought the M1 Pro and I was really pumped to test it out. It looked so cool on the website, but I was let down when I realized the 30-day money-back guarantee wasn't as flexible as I thought. They said the bike had to be unused and still in the original packaging to get a refund. How am I supposed to know if I like it if I can't even take it for a spin?
Electric bike purchase
The customer service wasn't the best, kind of slow to respond, but they did end up sorting things out in the end, which was good. The product itself is really good quality, although it might be a bit on the small side for taller folks. The delivery was pretty quick, so that was nice.
D3 pro
Got my D3 pro this week, finally! Took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but happy with the bike. Customer service team was great and super helpful, so that was a nice surprise.
Bike order issue
This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. They not only cancelled my order without letting me know, but they haven't responded to any of my attempts to contact them. The delivery company told me that Fiido cancelled my order on a specific date and time, and now my bike is stuck with another company that I can't even get in touch with. I'm seriously questioning the legitimacy of this company. Thankfully, I paid with my credit card so I can dispute the charge if necessary. Fiido, if you're reading this, you had better contact me asap and either deliver my bike or give me a refund. This is just not acceptable customer service.

My experience with the customer service at this company has been really bad. I told them about a safety problem with the bike lock while I was using the electric bike, and I got hurt. Instead of fixing the problem right away, the after-sale team wasn't very professional. They just said to give the bike to friends or family. I kept asking for a return, but they kept making excuses and delaying. It made me feel really frustrated and ignored. They haven't been good at communicating, ignoring my emails and not answering my calls to their customer service.

T1 PRO bike, assembly, instructions, seat for child, wife's excitement
As someone who's never put a bike together before, I gotta say the instructions for the T1 PRO bike were super clear and easy to follow. The step-by-step guide made it really easy to see how all the pieces fit together. I not only built the bike for my wife, but I also added a seat in the back for our kid. When she saw the final product, my wife was over the moon and couldn't wait to go for a ride. All in all, the T1 PRO bike totally blew us away with its quality and performance.

I ordered a bike from that store on May 1st, but it's been over three weeks and still haven't heard anything from them. It's really frustrating when you have no idea if the bike you bought is even in stock or not. You only find out about the availability after you've made the purchase. Not cool, eh!

Two electric bikes
I recently bought two electric bikes from this store. The first one, the M1 Pro from 2021, ended up having a lot of issues that needed fixing. The customer service team was really helpful though, which was great. The second bike, the Titan, had a fender break after just 100m of riding. Luckily, the company was quick to respond and said they'd send me a replacement soon. I'm still waiting on the second part of my order with the extra items, but I knew there might be delays so it's not a big deal.
