    Printer repair service

    The printer repair service at Staples Solution Shop was a total disaster. It was super tough to even get a hold of someone on the phone to make an appointment. After finally booking one, they said they would come the next day, but they never came. I had to call many times to reschedule. When the technician finally arrived, they couldn't fix the problem and had to take my printer to the shop. It took more than a week to get it back, and when I did, the issue still wasn't completely fixed. All in all, it was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

    Quick check-in purchase

    I popped into that store real quick and picked up something, but honestly, it was a letdown. At first, it seemed alright, but after a few weeks, it was clear the quality was no good. The protective coating started coming off, making the item useless. I kept it in the original package, but that didn't help. I'm hoping my next buy will be better because I don't want to throw away my money on crappy stuff like that again.

    Portable AC unit

    I just bought a portable air conditioner and tried it out last week in the scorching heat of Orlando. It worked really well, keeping my rooftop tent and annex nice and cool while also lowering the humidity. I think it would have been even better if I used it indoors. It can also run on battery for 5-6 hours, which is pretty handy. Overall, I'm really happy with how well it worked and definitely think it was a good purchase for staying cool on the go.

    2 blouses and a sweater

    I had to return a blouse and a sweater because they was too small. I asked them to credit my account of $60 dollars and after a period of about 3 weeks, they still have not issued my money back. Rosewe offered me a credit of just $20 which I declined because they should have given me all my money back except for the blouse I kept. I will not be doing be doing business with this company again and will not recommend this company. Lets just keep shopping here in USA
