I just bought a screw kit from Electric because I needed to replace a missing screw in my $200 sunglasses. But when I tried the screws in the kit, none of them fit my glasses. It was really disappointing, especially because I need those sunglasses for my fishing trips. I contacted customer service for help, but they took forever to get back to me. After sending a bunch of messages, they finally told me it would be at least a week before I heard from them. Even after I followed up, I still haven't heard anything. This whole experience has left me frustrated and made me question the quality of their products.

This is my third pair of sunglasses from this company and I have to say, they never disappoint. The sunglasses are lightweight, have nice lenses, and are very durable. One time, I had an issue with the film cover on one of the lenses starting to come off, but luckily they have a lifetime warranty and replaced the sunglasses with a brand new pair. The quality is definitely worth the price, even though they may be a bit overpriced compared to other brands. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I totally get where Lance is coming from with this shop. The customer service at Electric was seriously lacking, and it left me feeling super frustrated and let down. The product I bought didn't last long and seemed pretty cheaply made, especially for how much I spent on it. I'd suggest steering clear of this place and going with a more reliable company instead.

I popped into that store real quick and picked up something, but honestly, it was a letdown. At first, it seemed alright, but after a few weeks, it was clear the quality was no good. The protective coating started coming off, making the item useless. I kept it in the original package, but that didn't help. I'm hoping my next buy will be better because I don't want to throw away my money on crappy stuff like that again.
