    Quick charge cable

    I ordered a quick charge cable from this online store, but it never showed up. When I emailed customer service, they said my address was wrong. I thought that was strange because I've gotten stuff before just fine. They kept saying it was my email that messed up. The kicker is they'll only give me my money back if I send the cable back, but I don't even have it. And their answer? Just buy it again. Pretty shady if you ask me.

    Screw kit purchase

    I just bought a screw kit from Electric because I needed to replace a missing screw in my $200 sunglasses. But when I tried the screws in the kit, none of them fit my glasses. It was really disappointing, especially because I need those sunglasses for my fishing trips. I contacted customer service for help, but they took forever to get back to me. After sending a bunch of messages, they finally told me it would be at least a week before I heard from them. Even after I followed up, I still haven't heard anything. This whole experience has left me frustrated and made me question the quality of their products.

    My latest visit to the hotel for dinner was pretty disappointing, eh. When I got there, I sat down at a table and nobody even looked my way for a good 20 minutes. I had to flag down a server just to ask for help, and they said they'd be right with me. But then it took another 10 minutes for them to come take my drink order, and even longer for me to actually get my drinks. In the end, I just left because they weren't giving me the attention and service I expected.

    I was super pumped to give Scentbird a try because they have so many different perfumes to choose from. I thought it would be awesome to get a new scent every month without having to buy a huge bottle. But, my recent run-in with their customer service was pretty disappointing. One of the perfumes I wanted was out of stock, so my order was just sitting there saying "processing" for a whole month. No one from Scentbird bothered to let me know or provide a fix for the problem.
