    I don't even know where to start with this company. I had fake charges on my credit card after buying something, and now I have to argue about it. On top of that, my deliveries came all beaten up, and I got charged too much for shipping several times. And to make matters worse, customer service is terrible - they seem like robots who couldn't care less about actually assisting customers. What a disaster.

    Multiple item order with shipping discount

    I ordered multiple items from Entertainment Earth recently and I was supposed to get a shipping discount, but my experience was pretty disappointing. I only got one out of the three items I ordered. The second one got cancelled without any reason and the last one kept getting delayed. It was always updated to come in a month but it kept getting pushed back. After 5 months of waiting and no sign of the item arriving, I just decided to cancel it. It was so frustrating, especially when big stores like Walmart had it in stock and I was still waiting.

    I really wanted to give this store a chance and write a positive review, but I just can't do it. The prices are fair, I have to admit that, but the customer service is terrible. I reached out to them about being overcharged for my order and it's been a week with no response. That kind of disrespect for customers is not okay. On top of that, their pre-orders take forever to ship compared to other stores, which just adds to the frustration. And when I do finally get a hold of someone, they are unhelpful and don't seem to care.

    Funko Pop arrived damaged

    My Funko Pop came in the mail with a squished corner, even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap and the box was fine. I tried calling during the day but waited on hold for 24 minutes and eventually just gave up. I also sent emails and left messages, but it took a whole week for them to get back to me. They said I could send it back for a refund if they approved it, or I could keep it with a discount. I wasn't happy with that solution because it felt like they weren't owning up to their shipping error.

    I gotta tell ya, my experience with Entertainment Earth started off pretty rough. My order got sent back by mistake and I was getting nowhere with emails.
