I recently bought a pair of sandals from this store, and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The sandals were not what I was expecting - they were made of stiff leather and had a different fabric inside than the ones I tried on in the store. When I asked to return them, I was surprised to learn that I wouldn't get my import duties back. This was unexpected, since other US stores I've shopped at do refund import duties with DDP payments. I'm okay with paying for shipping, but not getting the duties back feels like a bit of a scam to me. Because of this experience, I won't be shopping at this store again.

As a wholesale customer, my experiences with the company have been a bit of a mixed bag. Although there are some things that I'm not too happy about, I do want to give a shoutout to my sales rep who always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. So, if you're thinking about doing business with this company, I highly recommend asking for this sales rep because they really elevate the whole experience.
