Free shipping issue resolved
I had a little hiccup with the shipping on my order, so I reached out to customer service for help. I ended up speaking with a really nice guy named Donald who was super helpful from start to finish. He patiently explained what was going on and came up with a solution to fix everything. I was really impressed by how professional and willing he was to help me out.
