I recently bought this really nice handbag from this shop, and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The materials used were not that great, and the stitching was starting to come undone after only a few weeks. It sucks to spend a lot of money on something that can't even handle everyday use. Plus, the customer service was not the greatest. The staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful, like they didn't really care about helping me out. The price was high, but I felt like I wasn't getting what I paid for. Also, the delivery took longer than expected, and the package came all messed up. All in all, my experience with this shop was not good at all.

Wow, just got my package from Entertainment Earth and I was really looking forward to opening it up! But when I saw the box and the action figures inside all messed up, I was pretty disappointed. I know it wasn't Entertainment Earth's fault, but it must have been those delivery folks who don't handle packages carefully. I gave them a call and chatted with this guy named Donald, and he was super nice and helpful. He sorted everything out for me and made things right. I'm really happy, and that's why I'll continue to purchase from them. They're a great company with fantastic people like Donald on their team. Thanks, Entertainment Earth!

I called customer service the other day about a replacement part for my night vision gadget. The person I talked to was super quick to respond and gave me all the info I needed. Their professionalism and speedy help really impressed me, making me think even higher of the company. Now I can't wait for the replacement part to come, knowing it'll be top-notch just like their customer service.
