Black dress purchase
The customer service at this store is seriously amazing, eh? I had a bit of a problem with my order, but Claire got back to me right away and fixed it up no problem. I was really impressed by how much they cared and paid attention to all the details. It's not easy to come by such great customer service these days, so I'm thankful for the awesome experience I had with this store, eh?

Electric bicycles
I've bought a bunch of electric bikes from this company, but I keep running into problems with their stock and delivery times. They say stuff is "in stock" when it's actually not, which means I end up waiting longer to get my stuff. For example, I ordered two bikes on April 15th, and while one showed up on May 1st, the other is still MIA. All I got is a shipping label and a tracking number. It's frustrating to wait so long, especially when they said it was ready to go when I bought it. If they were more upfront about what's actually available, it would make things a lot easier for customers like me. If they can fix this issue, I'd be more likely to buy from them again in the future.

Dress sizing off
This company is terrible! The first dress I got from them was way too small, like are they even using a measuring tape? And when I tried to return it, they made it so difficult! They expect me to pay to send it back to China or to get a discount for something else. And let me tell you, the second item I ordered was even worse! It looked NOTHING like the picture. Nothing at all! They claim they'll fix any quality issues, but this was a big quality issue! They tried to say it was just a slight color difference but I have proof it's not. Don't trust this company at all, they're just trying to rip you off!

Dog treats and toys
I was really pumped when my package came cuz I couldn't wait to spoil my pup with some new treats and toys. But when I opened it up, one of the treat containers was open and all the treats had spilled out! It was gross and kind of worrying, like who knows what might have gotten in there.

KN-95 masks on 8/10
I bought some KN-95 masks on August 10th and I've only got part of my order so far. The KN-95 masks don't even have a shipping date. Their chart says they're not delayed, but I haven't heard anything about when they'll be sent out. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. Having a customer service number would make it a lot easier for help and clarification.

Video production course
The video production course I took at Creator Up was amazing! I learned so much about filming techniques, editing software, and even special effects. The instructor was great and explained everything really well. And I got to work on a real project and show off my skills. I feel like a pro now!

Waterproof phone case
Oh my goodness, I just received this awesome waterproof phone case really quickly, and they kept me in the loop the entire time. It's just what I needed for my old phone and it works really well. It's a tad on the heavy side, but I haven't had a chance to test out the waterproof feature yet.
