Recent purchase
I wanted to tell you about my recent online shopping experience - it wasn't great. The lack of communication during the ordering process was really disappointing. And to make matters worse, it took almost a whole month for my order to arrive. When it finally did, I found out that only one of the two items I bought was actually in the package. The packing slip just said "refund" next to the missing item, without any heads up or explanation. I was so frustrated that they didn't even email me about it. Because of all this, I won't be shopping at that online store again. I'd advise others to steer clear.
Horse supplies
I've been buying stuff from HorseLoverZ for a few years now, and I gotta say, this time my order took way longer to get going. Normally, they're pretty quick with shipping out my horse gear, but this time it took almost two weeks! I was getting a bit anxious that my stuff wouldn't show up on time, but once it was on its way, it came super fast. I was just left wondering why it took so long to ship out in the first place. Maybe they were just really busy, but a heads up would have been nice.
Saddle arrived damaged
The saddle I bought came with a lot of damage, not because of shipping, but due to a lack of attention to detail in quality control. I had to call twice to figure out how to send it back after going through the trouble of sending it back, had to call twice more to check on my refund status. I was told I would get my money back, but after two days, I still hadn't received any notifications that it had started. I had to email and call AGAIN to ask about my refund. Only after many follow-ups did I finally get my money refunded this morning. If I hadn't been persistent in following up with customer service, I don't think I would have gotten my refund. To make matters worse, they told me they had no record of the saddle being returned even though it was clearly sent back damaged.
Horse Supplies
I've been a loyal customer at this horse store for a long time, and I gotta say, their products are top-notch. Whether it's horse blankets or grooming supplies, everything I've bought has gone above and beyond my expectations. They've got a great selection that covers all my equestrian needs, so it's my one-stop shop for anything horse-related. The website is super easy to use, and placing an order is a breeze. The customer service folks are friendly and really know their stuff, so any questions or issues I've had were taken care of quickly. The only downside I've come across is the shipping costs, which can sometimes be a bit high. But overall, shopping at this company is a fantastic experience.
Equestrian supplies
I ordered some horse supplies and picked the 3-5 day shipping, but my stuff showed up 8 days later. I spent more money for the quick shipping, but it didn't come on time. There was also an option for free shipping on orders over $70, but I wanted it faster so I paid extra. The product itself was fine, but I was really bummed out and annoyed by the shipping.
Tack and equipment
I bought some gear and equipment from this store not too long ago. The ordering part was simple and easy to do, but I was a bit bummed about how long it took for my stuff to get to Canada. I ordered on August 8th and didn't get it until August 31st, which felt like forever. However, when I contacted them to ask about my order, the customer service was great. The staff got back to me quickly and gave me some helpful info that made me feel better.
Pony coat purchase
I recently bought a pony coat online and I was really disappointed to see the condition it arrived in. The package looked old and worn from the sun, and the coat inside was not the size I ordered. To make matters worse, the coat was used, rusty, and covered in hair. When I tried to return it, the customer service told me it wasn't in resell-able condition, so I couldn't get a refund. I decided to have it shipped back, but the process took longer than expected, and I had to contact them multiple times. The whole thing was frustrating, and I had to pay for shipping both ways, which was an extra hassle. Overall, my experience with this online store was really disappointing, and I won't be shopping with them again.
New bridle purchase
I was kind of bummed when I found out the bridle I wanted wasn't available and my order had to be cancelled. But, I gotta say, the customer service at this online shop really impressed me. The person I chatted with was really friendly and even gave me a better option for just a bit more money. I'm grateful for their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's rare to come across such fantastic service, especially from a discount store.
Quick delivery
I received my items pretty quickly, but there were times when it took a bit longer. The website is really user-friendly and I even received text notifications about my order! Plus, everything I ordered was right.

I was pretty let down by the service I got from this company, eh. The way they communicated was pretty bad, and the delivery took forever compared to other places I've bought horse stuff from, y'know?

I just bought some horse care stuff from that shop and honestly, I'm super happy with how it all went down. Ordering was easy and quick, and the delivery was smooth. I totally suggest this place to any horse lover who wants good quality products for a good price.
Dog treats and toys
I was really pumped when my package came cuz I couldn't wait to spoil my pup with some new treats and toys. But when I opened it up, one of the treat containers was open and all the treats had spilled out! It was gross and kind of worrying, like who knows what might have gotten in there.
Order delay and poor customer service
I recently bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I ordered it more than three weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. The way they're ignoring me and not caring about how I feel is just awful. I'm really let down by this company and definitely won't be telling anyone to give them a try.
Saddle billet
I bought a saddle billet from HorseLoverZ not too long ago and I was a bit let down when I saw that the picture on the website was kinda misleading. It showed two billets, but the price was only for one. Even so, the quality of the billet was great, so I might get two more. I'm just hoping to find a cheaper option next time.
My order never came
So, I ordered something from this place a while back and it's taking forever, eh. I checked the tracking number and it says it hasn't been shipped. And then the other tracking number isn't even real, you know? I've tried to reach out to them through live chat and calling, but no one is getting back to me. Ugh, I'm really not impressed by this. Definitely won't be making a purchase from them again.
Black riding boots purchase
I just wanted to share that I ordered a pair of black riding boots from this store, and I was really impressed. The customer service was amazing, and the delivery came surprisingly quickly. I live in Northern Canada and usually have to pay a lot for shipping, but not with this store. The prices were fair and the boots are top quality. I am definitely happy with my purchase.
Flash noseband online
I was really pumped to order this flash noseband online because I wanted my horse to look super stylish. But then it came, and I was so let down because it was just a flash attachment, not the whole noseband like the picture showed. I even checked under the brand tag and it clearly said it was just a flash attachment. Like, seriously, why would they do that to me?! False advertising is not cool at all.
Show saddle blanket, halter, and expedited shipping
I recently bought some stuff from HorseLoverZ and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. I ordered a show saddle blanket that was supposed to be hot pink and black to match my show shirt, but instead, I got this weird maroon mess with hardly any black. Definitely not what I was expecting for the show ring. And then I got this halter all the way from India that I don't even want to use because I don't think it's real cow hide. If I knew it was coming from India, I wouldn't have bought it. And to top it all off, I paid for fast shipping hoping to get my stuff on time, but ended up getting it a week late for the show. Overall, not happy with the inaccurate descriptions and slow delivery.
Awesome new stuff
Oh my goodness, I can't stop thinking about the amazing things I bought from this store! They arrived really quickly and I could even keep an eye on where my package was. Everything I got was in perfect condition, like it was straight off the shelf! And the prices were so reasonable - I got some high-quality items for such a good deal!
Helmet purchase
I found this really awesome helmet for when I ride my horse, and it fits just right! I really liked how easy it was to find what I was looking for on the website. The prices are really good and the quality of the helmet is amazing. I was super excited when my package arrived early so I could try it on. The return instructions were also really clear, which gave me peace of mind in case I needed to send something back.
