    I wanted to tell you about my recent online shopping experience - it wasn't great. The lack of communication during the ordering process was really disappointing. And to make matters worse, it took almost a whole month for my order to arrive. When it finally did, I found out that only one of the two items I bought was actually in the package. The packing slip just said "refund" next to the missing item, without any heads up or explanation. I was so frustrated that they didn't even email me about it. Because of all this, I won't be shopping at that online store again. I'd advise others to steer clear.

    I've been buying stuff from HorseLoverZ for a few years now, and I gotta say, this time my order took way longer to get going. Normally, they're pretty quick with shipping out my horse gear, but this time it took almost two weeks! I was getting a bit anxious that my stuff wouldn't show up on time, but once it was on its way, it came super fast. I was just left wondering why it took so long to ship out in the first place. Maybe they were just really busy, but a heads up would have been nice.

    The saddle I bought came with a lot of damage, not because of shipping, but due to a lack of attention to detail in quality control. I had to call twice to figure out how to send it back after going through the trouble of sending it back, had to call twice more to check on my refund status. I was told I would get my money back, but after two days, I still hadn't received any notifications that it had started. I had to email and call AGAIN to ask about my refund. Only after many follow-ups did I finally get my money refunded this morning. If I hadn't been persistent in following up with customer service, I don't think I would have gotten my refund. To make matters worse, they told me they had no record of the saddle being returned even though it was clearly sent back damaged.

    I recently bought a pony coat online and I was really disappointed to see the condition it arrived in. The package looked old and worn from the sun, and the coat inside was not the size I ordered. To make matters worse, the coat was used, rusty, and covered in hair. When I tried to return it, the customer service told me it wasn't in resell-able condition, so I couldn't get a refund. I decided to have it shipped back, but the process took longer than expected, and I had to contact them multiple times. The whole thing was frustrating, and I had to pay for shipping both ways, which was an extra hassle.     I recently bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I ordered it more than three weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. The way they're ignoring me and not caring about how I feel is just awful. I'm really let down by this company and definitely won't be telling anyone to give them a try.

    Black riding boots purchase

    I just wanted to share that I ordered a pair of black riding boots from this store, and I was really impressed. The customer service was amazing, and the delivery came surprisingly quickly.     I was really pumped to order this flash noseband online because I wanted my horse to look super stylish. But then it came, and I was so let down because it was just a flash attachment, not the whole noseband like the picture showed. I even checked under the brand tag and it clearly said it was just a flash attachment. Like, seriously, why would they do that to me?! False advertising is not cool at all.

    Show saddle blanket, halter, and expedited shipping

    I recently bought some stuff from HorseLoverZ and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. I ordered a show saddle blanket that was supposed to be hot pink and black to match my show shirt, but instead, I got this weird maroon mess with hardly any black. Definitely not what I was expecting for the show ring. And then I got this halter all the way from India that I don't even want to use because I don't think it's real cow hide. If I knew it was coming from India, I wouldn't have bought it. And to top it all off, I paid for fast shipping hoping to get my stuff on time, but ended up getting it a week late for the show. Overall, not happy with the inaccurate descriptions and slow delivery.
