Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online and it didn't go well. Firstly, I got charged in a different currency than I was expecting, so it ended up costing more than I thought. Secondly, they gave me a tracking number for my delivery that turned out to be fake, so I had to wait longer to get my order. Because of this, I ended up buying a replacement item at a store to fulfill my needs. When I asked for a refund, they told me I wouldn't get my shipping costs back and I would have to pay for return shipping. This whole experience just left me feeling frustrated and disappointed because I felt like I was lied to and ripped off of my money. I recommend being careful if you're thinking about buying from this company.

Overpriced, old unit
I bought this air filter that took so long to come in, and then it ended up breaking after just a couple of months. Dealing with sending it back was such a pain, and all I got in return was a refurbished one. I feel like I wasted so much money on it, and it didn't even work as good as other brands out there.

Affordable glasses
I was so happy with my experience with this company! I decided to buy a pair of glasses that were super affordable, and at first, I wasn't sure if they would be good quality. But when my glasses arrived on time, I was totally impressed by how nice they looked. The frames were really strong, the lenses were clear, and they fit perfectly. Accommodation booking issue
So I just booked a place to stay through this company and it was so ridiculous. They told me I'd have to pay a dumb cancellation fee if I tried to switch to a better room. Like, who does that? I called up the hotel myself and they said there shouldn't be any fee for upgrading. Seems like Contiki was trying to pull a fast one on me and that is just not cool. I just wanted a nicer room, not to cancel my whole booking. I seriously recommend booking your own place instead of going through them. Take it from me.
