Caught eye

Right after it showed up I was like, hmm — box dented a bit, but the thing works. I first saw it on a friend's post and told my sister to check it out, so I did tip her. Delivery took longer than they initially said and customer service answered slowly, not super helpful at first, then sorted it out. Not flawless, a bit annoying, but all in all it does what I need.

Super helpful team

Really happy — called yesterday, fast and friendly help, first impression was relief, thanks.

Delivery hiccup, agent was solid

Late delivery, agent fixed it — I use it for work lunches.

actually helpful

Helpful — needed it for back pain.

About to bail, didn’t — kinda glad

Rough feel at start. Uses fine now, relieved and thankful.

Small surprise

Great overall — helps my mornings, support was oddly helpful.

Quick, mostly solid

Started testing today; fast replies, clean style, a tad terse — I relaxed.

Moving-day miracle

Totally worth it — fixed my issue fast, after a chaotic move, relieved.

Skeptical, then sorted

Needed this for chronic back pain; when they fixed shipping, I relaxed.

Last-minute save

Realized I was sorted when they actually fixed my show dates fast, smooth, helpful, would recommend

Changed plans

Moving, needed later time; support helped quickly, delivery slightly delayed but fine.

Almost missed my points

Buddy showed me the app at a shop. I doubted needing it. Rep couldn't help, but I figured it out and felt relieved.

Sand and headsets

Dragged here after a lousy move, sore back—VR was the standout, properly immersive, had me grinning, surprisingly soothing.

Saved at the kitchen table

Sat at the kitchen table with kids, I hesitated about changing our tickets — worried it'd be a headache. I called customer service, half-expecting hold music, but someone answered right away and cancelled the old ones and sent a voucher by email so I could rebook better time. Super efficient, helped, doubts melted away, I use this for family outings now

Name finally fixed

Tried the app last week — looked straightforward at first. Messaged support, waited a couple of days, then saw my name updated; relieved and glad it worked.

Booked the wrong night

I panicked when I realised I'd booked the wrong Cirque du Soleil date — my fault. I messaged right away — tight travel plans — and they sorted it fast by email; the fix felt seamless, I'm relieved.

Worth the wait, mostly

Totally worth it despite the 30 minute delay — I first heard about the drone show from a coworker and went to the waterfront. Staff were friendly, show blew me away, surprised by colours.

Ticketing headache but still worth it

the activity looked great and I still want to go, but Fever’s booking system made what should’ve been a simple family booking a real pain. I needed one adult ticket and two youth tickets for my two kids (they’re under 14, so an adult is required) and the site insisted on selling at least two in each category — so I couldn’t put in the exact combo. I messaged Fever and they told me the session was sold out, which didn’t make sense because I could select three adults or three youths — the latter of which would’ve broken the venue rules and still cost me. Long story short, it felt like they were forcing me to spend more or risk not being allowed in. Still, the place looked like a lot of fun and I’m hopeful this is just a clunky interface, not the venue itself. Tip: call the venue or double-check before you finalize payment.

Small venue, big payoff

Halfway through the second set I realized this was worth skipping the usual dinner-at-home routine. The room is tiny, music's on point, and that candlelit vibe actually made it feel like a proper date night — which is why we go to these shows, low-key breaks from work and chores — simple nights. I'm glad we booked; curious about the R&B night someone mentioned. Pretty grateful it delivered.

Solid visit, missing deck time

Went on a rainy afternoon after a hectic move and needed something low-key. The whole Titanic bit is basically a guided route, took about an hour and a half — not more — with lots of display panels on the walls. The VR headsets and the immersive parts were really well done, that stuck with me. I was hoping for a cold-water effect, like you can feel the chill, but didn’t find it. Would've loved more time on the ship deck section, felt rushed. Cafe is predictably pricey, there are toilets and those automated lockers (a few bucks). Felt moved overall, glad I went, kinda worth it.
