Smallflower has a ton of amazing stuff that's tough to find elsewhere, which is really cool. But the packaging definitely needs some work. I got this really cool item, but it was leaking and made a huge mess in the box. I had to clean it up so it wouldn't stink like a strange disaster. I hope they can improve that soon!

Mushroom coffee
The mushroom coffee itself is fantastic! It tastes so good and gives me a nice energy boost without any jitters. But I was really let down by the customer service. When I tried to get in touch with them with a question, I got sent to an automated phone line that led me to a text service. I explained my question, but all I got back was a text saying they were out of the office and could only be reached during certain hours, which didn't work for me. Plus, there wasn't even an option for faster shipping, which was really annoying. Overall, the product is great, but they definitely need to work on improving their customer service.

I just bought something online, but then I changed my mind and decided to cancel it. The whole process was pretty simple and easy. The only small problem I had was figuring out where to click for "return or cancel" on the website at first. It would be good if they could make it easier to find that button in the future. Language courses selection
I just wanted to share that I had a really good experience with the language courses on this platform. I was curious so I tried a few different ones, but not all of them interested me. Luckily, I was able to ask for those courses to be removed from my list. A staff member helped me with that right away because students can't do it themselves.
