Blouse purchase
My recent experience with the online boutique was so disappointing. I ordered a blouse from their website and it took over three weeks for it to arrive. When it finally came, I was so surprised to see that they had sent me the wrong item - a dress instead of the blouse I wanted, and to make it worse, it wasn't even the right size. I emailed customer service right away to fix the mistake, but they said I could just keep the dress and they'd send the right one. By then, it would have been 6 weeks since I placed my order. I was so frustrated with the mix-up and the wait, so I just asked for a refund for the blouse. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't got my money back. Overall, dealing with this online boutique has been a real letdown.
Review about: Fever
Opera performance booking issue
I went to this show at a fancy hall and it was amazing! But, man oh man, booking tickets through Fever was a bit of a mess. The place didn't have us on their list at all, but Fever eventually figured it out and got us seats in a random corner after a bit of a mix-up. Lesson learned though, next time I'll just book directly through the hall to skip all that drama. But seriously, the show itself was a solid 10/10!

Order placed 11-14-2022
I made an order on November 14th from this website, thinking my stuff would ship that day like they said. But it's been a week and still no shipping info. I tried to reach out to them on the 21st and again on the 23rd, but got no reply at all. Their customer service is terrible, and I'm really annoyed and let down.
