Blouse purchase
My recent experience with the online boutique was so disappointing. I ordered a blouse from their website and it took over three weeks for it to arrive. When it finally came, I was so surprised to see that they had sent me the wrong item - a dress instead of the blouse I wanted, and to make it worse, it wasn't even the right size. I emailed customer service right away to fix the mistake, but they said I could just keep the dress and they'd send the right one. By then, it would have been 6 weeks since I placed my order. I was so frustrated with the mix-up and the wait, so I just asked for a refund for the blouse. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't got my money back. Overall, dealing with this online boutique has been a real letdown.
Jacket and blouse
Oh my goodness, I found the most amazing jacket and blouse on this website! It's seriously so cool, and I was so happy with my order. The quality of the clothes is top-notch and the designs are absolutely beautiful. I definitely suggest checking this place out if you're looking for fashionable clothing.
Easy-to-use website, simple checkout process, magical discount
This website is super easy to get around. I love how simple it is to find what I'm looking for and how easy the checkout process is. It's like they made it so even a 5th grader could use it! And using the discount was like performing magic – it saved me a bunch of money. All in all, a fantastic experience!
beautiful black rhinestone boots
Just got my new rhinestone boots in the mail and let me tell you, they're gorgeous! The delivery took a bit longer than expected (thanks, COVID), but the quality of these boots is top-notch. The packaging and presentation were so well done, it really made the whole experience even better. You can tell this store cares about quality and craftsmanship.
Wide selection
I really liked all the stuff they had at Lattelier. They had a whole bunch of different things to pick from, so there was something for everyone. One thing though, I noticed that some of the pricier stuff didn't have other payment choices available, which would have been handy. Despite that, I had a good time shopping at Lattelier.
Unsolicited spam emails
I recently had a really frustrating experience with this online store that keeps sending me tons of annoying spam emails. Even though I tried to unsubscribe, I still get emails every day from different Gmail accounts trying to sell me crappy products with low quality pictures. They clearly don't care about customer service because they keep ignoring my requests for a refund from a purchase I made earlier. It's really disappointing to see a company stoop to these levels, so I definitely recommend avoiding this sketchy place.
Two orders not received
I'm really disappointed with how this company handles communication and customer service. I ordered two things back in January and it's already March, but I still haven't gotten any updates or my stuff. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on with my orders and not being able to reach anyone from the company. It's unacceptable that there's no phone number to call and they've been ignoring my emails. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Jewelry
So, I bought some jewelry from this store and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. Everything went fine when I placed my order, but then I never got a receipt or a shipping update, even after waiting for two weeks. I tried emailing their customer service a bunch of times for help, but didn't hear back from them at all. And not having a phone number to call just made things worse - left me feeling totally ignored and not happy with the service I got.
Simple and efficient online shopping experience
Ordering from this website is so easy, eh. I like how there are never any surprises with shipping times, eh. It's important to me 'cause I'm usually in a hurry. The stuff they sell is always top quality and the company's reputation is spotless, eh.
Shoes
I bought these shoes and they are so cute! I really like how they look and they're really comfortable too. But when I tried to pay, I had some problems. I emailed them to say I couldn't pay right now, but all they did was send me these automated messages with discounts. It was really frustrating!
Winter essentials purchase
Your store always has everything I need, especially for winter. The winter essentials selection is fantastic and I always manage to find what I'm looking for. But sometimes there's a bit of a wait for the order to arrive, which can be annoying. The sale prices are awesome and make it simple to grab all the things I need. I also love how user-friendly and easy to use the online shop is, that's a big bonus for me.
Overpriced shoes
I'm kicking myself for shelling out big bucks on shoes that didn't even fit me. The customer service was fantastic though, they hooked me up with a gift card when the shoes I originally wanted were sold out. Ended up buying a different pair today, hoping they fit well and are comfortable.
Overpriced NYC-based brand item
I recently bought something from this NYC brand, and man was I let down. I got this item on sale for $92, but it took a whole three weeks to arrive, not the 7-10 days they promised. And get this - turns out it was shipped from China, not NYC like they claim. The quality was terrible - cheap materials, basic design, fake pockets, and it won't even unwrinkle. For that much money, I was expecting way better quality. Total bummer, eh?
I bought a coat
I ordered this super nice coat I saw online and I'm so excited to wear it! But I kinda wish I could've used that discount code that was on sale a few days ago. Hopefully the coat looks as good in person as it did online. Fingers crossed!
Slippers
Hey there, so I bought these slippers back in January from Lattelier, right? But let me tell you, they were just awful. Like, as soon as I got them, I reached out to their customer service to try and return them. They sent me over to their after-sales department and I did everything they told me to do. I asked for a return label but didn't hear back at all. So, for 11 long months, I kept sending emails every month, but they just kept ignoring me. Can you believe that? 11 months of trying to return something and getting nowhere! When I finally asked about the return, they had the nerve to say it was too late because I missed the 14-day return period. Like, seriously? It's just not right how they can ignore a customer for so long and then use some rule to not let me return it. Their phone number is useless, the chat doesn't work, and they never answer emails. If you're thinking of buying from them, just watch out for their terrible customer service and lack of responsibility.
Unavailable item
I just ordered something from this store and it turns out they didn't have it in stock. But I gotta say, the customer service from the Lattelier Team was top-notch. They got in touch right away with other choices, and when I got back to them, they responded quickly and helped me find a good replacement. Their quick and efficient communication in fixing the problem was much appreciated.
Quick and easy purchase
There were lots of choices available, and the items seemed to be good quality. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order after waiting for a long time. I sent them an email asking for an update, but I haven't gotten a response. It looks like the Christmas gift may not arrive on time. Feeling let down.

Late delivery, poor tracking, unsatisfied
I'm really ticked off about my recent order from this company. I ordered it ahead of time, but it still hasn't shown up. The tracking info says there's no update, so I have no idea where my order is at. This lack of communication is not cool, and I'm pretty annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing. I've had to reach out to customer service a bunch of times, but I'm not getting any clear answers or solutions. So, I won't be buying anything from them again.
Unique design suit
The suit I bought from here is just amazing, I can't get enough of it! It's so unique and the color is absolutely beautiful, I haven't seen anything like it before. The quality is top-notch too, definitely a standout piece in my closet. I'm so happy with my purchase and can't wait to show it off.
