The delivery was fast and I was happy to see that they used Royal Mail for delivery. But it was kind of a bummer to see that they didn't have big brands like Kiehls and Lancome, which I really wanted to buy. The prices weren't too bad, but the limited selection was a bit of a letdown for me.

I recently bought some incredible sheets from this store and let me tell you, they are so soft and comfortable! The customer service was absolutely amazing - they helped me correct my order after I made a mistake with the size and even expedited shipping when my order was rejected at customs.

This company's inventory management system is the worst. I ended up buying the same item twice, and both times they told me it was out of stock only after I asked about my order. It's so irritating to be strung along like that, so I'm definitely not going to shop with them again.
