Large party holiday booking
The customer service I got when booking my holiday for a big group was amazing. The person helping me, let's call her Gemma, really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. She took care of all the details, from booking flights to finding accommodations. Her communication was excellent, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Book order disaster
Ordered a book back in October and it honestly felt like forever for it to show up. I had to reach out to customer service so many times! Finally got a replacement in April. But guess what? The pages were printed all wonky! Ended up having to buy another one on Amazon for my course. Such a headache!

No customer service, scripted answers, long lines
My time with this cruise line was such a letdown. Right from the start, when I tried to book my trip, I didn't get any customer service at all. The automated system was so frustrating, and when I finally got to speak to a real person, it sounded like they were in the middle of a really hectic home with noise in the background. It was hard to understand what they were saying, they just seemed to be reading off a script. I felt ignored and irritated. When I tried to sort out some issues, I was told to wait until the cruise started - talk about bad customer service. Even on the cruise, the Guest Services had long lineups and the staff could only tell me what the computer said, they couldn't really help with anything. It's not right to treat customers like this, especially when they've spent so much money on a trip they've been looking forward to.

Annual subscription
I really love the videos this company offers. The quality is amazing, and the content is super informative and interesting. I like how they have a lot of different courses for all kinds of interests and skill levels. The annual subscription is definitely worth it, especially when there's a good deal. Even if I only do a few courses in a year, I still feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

There were lots of choices available, and the items seemed to be good quality. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order after waiting for a long time. I sent them an email asking for an update, but I haven't gotten a response. It looks like the Christmas gift may not arrive on time. Feeling let down.

Ticwatch 4 Pro Ultra GPS
I got the Ticwatch 4 Pro Ultra GPS for $200 and then, two months later, I got an update that completely got rid of the compass feature. No explanation at all. And there's been no fix or update since then. Now they've come out with the Ticwatch 5 Pro, which has the compass feature again, but now it's $350. Seems like they don't really care about keeping their customers happy or coming back. Once they've got your money, they don't seem to care about you anymore.
