By early July I messaged them to ask when it would ship and got the usual line about production delays. They kept replying in a polite, businesslike way, so I kept waiting. End of July I received an email saying the order was cancelled. They promised a refund in follow-up emails and texts. Months later the refund hadn't hit my account. Talking to my bank was the only way to stop the charge. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; their file shows an F rating. Not dramatic, just disappointing and annoying. I guess they prioritize other customers over refunds.
