I never got the item or the refund. I ordered something in April to replace a blender I use every morning for smoothies. By early July I messaged them to ask when it would ship and got the usual line about production delays. They kept replying in a polite, businesslike way, so I kept waiting. End of July I received an email saying the order was cancelled. They promised a refund in follow-up emails and texts. Months later the refund hadn't hit my account. Talking to my bank was the only way to stop the charge. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; their file shows an F rating. Not dramatic, just disappointing and annoying. I guess they prioritize other customers over refunds.

By June I was done with the back-and-forth, honestly. I’d seen the unit on Instagram after a colleague tipped me off, and even though it looked great I hesitated — over $1,000 is a lot. I ordered in November 2023 and then got a string of emails about production and shipping delays. I asked twice to cancel and get my money back; the second time Michael said that was fine, but weeks passed with nothing. July brought more messages about a merger and promises to look into it. After nagging them a few more times, things finally moved and I got a refund in September. Not ideal, and the communication could be much better, but I’m relieved and glad it worked out in the end.
