TicWatch Pro 3 GPS purchase
I ordered the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS and I've been waiting for over 3 weeks now. The website said it would take 2-4 business days for delivery, but my order seems to be stuck in Hong Kong for the past 2 weeks. The customer service team gets back to me through email in a day or two, but they haven't given me any real answers yet, just excuses. It feels like I got tricked into buying something that might never show up.
Ticwatch PRO3 GPS
I got the Ticwatch PRO3 GPS back in October 2020 from their website. I gotta say, this smartwatch is a solid choice for everyday wear and it looks pretty stylish on your wrist. The battery life and processing power have been top-notch, no complaints there. I haven't tried out the swimwear functions or all the smart features yet, but just wearing it daily has been pretty satisfying. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to anyone in need of a trustworthy smartwatch.
Smartwatch - Wear OS 3
This company has been a real letdown right from the start. I bought a smartwatch from them and I've been dealing with issues non-stop. The Google Assistant is glitchy, Google Fit sync doesn't always work, and the heart rate monitor is all over the place. They promised an update to fix these problems, but it still hasn't come through. I held onto the watch because I believed in the company and thought Wear OS 3 would finally sort things out. Sadly, that hasn't happened. I feel like I wasted $200 on a product that just doesn't live up to my expectations. I won't be buying anything else from this company again.
Smartwatch System Update Issue
The automatic system update on my smartwatch was a complete nightmare. I just left my watch to charge, thinking everything was fine, but then it suddenly started updating on its own, without even asking me! And to top it off, I couldn't even stop it or disconnect it from Bluetooth, resulting in the loss of all my important data. The update also caused a huge drain on the battery, losing 20% in just 20 minutes of use. I had to download another app and delete two just to try to fix the situation. On top of that, the watch would only charge up to 87%, which was beyond frustrating. I reached out to Mobvoi for help, but got no response at all. It was really disappointing to see how little they cared. I used to be happy with how my watch performed, but this whole ordeal made me feel like it was just a toy now. Mobvoi's lack of interest in helping their customers really showed. Luckily, I bought the watch from Amazon, so I was able to get a refund. While the Ticwatch was a more affordable option compared to other brands, the terrible support from Mobvoi made me realize that it's worth paying more for better customer service. It's ridiculous that the manufacturer doesn't take customer preferences or concerns into consideration before pushing out updates.
TicWatch 5 Pro purchase
I just bought a smartwatch from y'all and I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with the product and service I got. So, after only three months of wearing it, I found out that water got inside the watch while I was showering, wrecking it completely. And when I tried to get a warranty replacement from customer service, they told me that using it in the shower wasn't recommended, even though it's supposed to be water resistant up to 5 ATM. Like, what's up with that? It's totally not cool.
Fraudulent purchase
What a complete disaster dealing with this company, eh? They totally scammed me out of my hard-earned loonies and never even delivered the product I paid for, eh. I had to go through all kinds of trouble filing a case with the Consumer Protection Agency to get justice against these hosers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, eh!
Smartwatch
I bought a smartwatch from you guys not too long ago and had a bit of a rough time with it. I sent it back right away and got confirmation that you guys got it, but I still haven't seen the refund like you promised within 1-3 business days. It's been too long and it's really bugging me. On top of that, the customer service I got was pretty meh, which just made the whole experience even worse.
Wireless earbuds
The wireless earbuds I bought look nice and all, but honestly, they were a bit of a letdown. They were comfy in my ears, sure, but they were seriously lacking in features. All I could really do was skip songs and take calls. Plus, the sound quality was not great – the high tones were too loud and the low tones were nonexistent, so forget about using them to listen to music. For 70 bucks, I was expecting a lot more. I guess they're okay for answering calls when you're out and about, but not much else.
Wholesale purchase of 20 watches
We bought 20 watches from them in bulk and boy, was it a disaster. More than half of them came back within a year because of problems. We tried to show the company proof with videos and reports, but they took forever to help us out. And when they finally did, they said the warranty was up. Dealing with this company has been a real pain, so we suggest everyone steer clear to save themselves the trouble of losing money and customers.
TicWatch Pro3 Ultra purchase
I'm really disappointed with how this company has been handling things. I bought the TicWatch Pro3 Ultra near the end of 2021, thinking that Mobvoi was in the process of making an update to WearOS3 that would come out in a few months. But now, almost two years later, there's still no sign of this update. Mobvoi put out a statement admitting the difficulties of getting WearOS3 to work with their devices and asked for beta testers to pitch in. This whole situation, with the lack of updates and promises broken, is just not cool and has honestly made me feel let down as a customer.
Waterproof smartwatch purchase
I just bought this smartwatch that was supposed to be waterproof. But guess what? It got messed up when it got wet. So, I contacted the company to see if they could fix it, but they said the warranty was up and they don't even do paid repairs. Their solution? Buy a whole new watch from them. I felt so let down and deceived by all those claims about the watch.
Two watches purchased
The watches looked promising at first because they were cheaper than Samsung or Google. But the problem is, both watches had the same issue and when I contacted customer service, they acted like they were looking into it, but didn't actually do anything to fix it. They just kept sending me back to the store where I bought the watches, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. Even though it was their product, they wouldn't help at all.
New smartwatch
I ordered a new smartwatch but I didn't get any info on when it would arrive. All I got was a tracking code that didn't even work! And the only way to get help was through email. Not cool, eh.
Watch still waiting for update
I'm real cheesed off about this watch, eh! I've been waiting for an update for a full 2 years now and nothing's come through. Feels like I just threw my money away on this thing and now there's a new update on the way. What a joke, eh!
Watch order delay
I bought this watch on December 7th, and I gotta say, I was kinda bummed when it took three weeks to arrive instead of the 2-3 days they promised. Turns out they were out of stock, but they didn't say that on the website, which was kinda annoying. But, the customer service folks were pretty nice in their emails and that helped. On the bright side, my husband is over the moon about the watch – he thinks it looks amazing.
Ticwatch 4 Pro Ultra GPS
I got the Ticwatch 4 Pro Ultra GPS for $200 and then, two months later, I got an update that completely got rid of the compass feature. No explanation at all. And there's been no fix or update since then. Now they've come out with the Ticwatch 5 Pro, which has the compass feature again, but now it's $350. Seems like they don't really care about keeping their customers happy or coming back. Once they've got your money, they don't seem to care about you anymore.
Flagship wearable device
I just got the new top-of-the-line wearable device, and let me tell you, I'm totally let down by the lack of support I'm getting from this company. They said there would be updates and improvements, but my device is still stuck on an old version that's holding it back. It's really annoying to see a company not backing up their products and making customers feel like they got tricked.
Tikwatch 3 Pro Ultra
I just bought the Tikwatch 3 Pro Ultra from the company. At first, I really liked it, but I was bummed when I realized it didn't get the Wear OS 3 update they promised after almost 2 years. Because of this, most of the apps on the watch got outdated and started acting up. It was super annoying not getting any software support from the company, and it really made me less happy with the product overall.
Overpriced smartwatch
I bought a smartwatch from this company because they said there would be a software upgrade coming. But it's been over a year now and there's still no sign of it. It's pretty frustrating that they haven't followed through on their promise. I won't be buying from them again. There are lots of other companies out there that offer better customer service and software support.
