I recently bought a pair of golf shoes from Golf Avenue, but they ended up being the wrong size when they arrived. I called customer service right away to try and return them, but they told me the shoes were final sale. I was really disappointed because there was no mention of this when I bought them. This whole situation has really turned me off Golf Avenue, and I don't think I'll be shopping there again. It's important for Golf Avenue to take a look at their policies and make sure they're clear with customers about any changes.

I bought a magazine subscription as a Christmas present not long ago. I was happy to see the first issue arrive when they said it would. It was easy to do, and I think it was a good deal for the subscription.

Avoid this hotel chain at all costs! My stay at their hotel was a disaster. I thought I could have a good meal at their restaurant, but it was closed when I got there. The worst part? They didn't even mention this on their website! And they still charged me the same price, even though I couldn't have the breakfast they promised. When I complained, I found out there was no manager on a Sunday. What kind of hotel doesn't have a manager on a busy day? Book with another hotel chain to save yourself the trouble - this one is a rip-off.

My time with ESR has been amazing. Ordering was easy and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of the products I got. The delivery was fast, and I liked how well they packaged everything to make sure it arrived safely. The customer service at ESR was fantastic - they were helpful, knew their stuff, and really went out of their way to help me when my delivery went missing. All in all, I was really impressed with ESR and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I really like the stuff they have for artists, but I think the quality could be better considering how much they cost. A lot of the accessories seem kind of cheap, and the jewelry doesn't last very long. I've found similar things somewhere else for way less money.

The unique designs make my pet really stand out, and I feel good knowing that they're made to last. I am so happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back for more stuff in the future.

My time at SoClean was pretty good overall. The only issue I had was when I tried to change the water reservoir and it started leaking at first. But, I managed to fix it by switching the seal from the old reservoir to the new one.

The driver showed up on time, was super nice, and really made sure I was comfortable the whole way. I felt safe and well looked after, which made my travel experience really enjoyable.

I'm really bummed out about the changes the company made recently. They said they completely reprogrammed the app, but they took away important features like making your own "Community" courses in the app and being able to use it offline. People who bought a lifetime license already paid for these features. The good reviews seem to be talking about the old version of the app, and I don't think I'd want to shell out money for the new version. I'm starting to worry they might get rid of Community courses altogether in the future. I've totally lost faith in this provider.

So, I ordered this winter coat and gloves online 'cause my mom said I needed 'em for when we go see Grandma up north. I was so pumped when I ordered 'em, but then I got TWO messages sayin' they were comin', and then nothin'! Like, what's the deal with that? So annoying. And then they finally showed up THREE days late, and the delivery guy was all, "I'm not the usual guy," like, no kidding, how would I know that? And the tracking was a joke, showin' 'em movin' and then just stoppin', just like the driver's blank face. Ugh, kinda sucked overall, to be honest.

I just bought a power drill from this company and it was a total nightmare. The ordering process was a pain because the website was all messed up and hard to figure out. I never even got a confirmation email after I ordered it, and when I tried to contact customer service, no one ever got back to me. It's like they just took my money and disappeared.

I bought this watch on December 7th, and I gotta say, I was kinda bummed when it took three weeks to arrive instead of the 2-3 days they promised. Turns out they were out of stock, but they didn't say that on the website, which was kinda annoying. But, the customer service folks were pretty nice in their emails and that helped. On the bright side, my husband is over the moon about the watch – he thinks it looks amazing.

I loved ordering wine online, eh! It was so easy to choose what I wanted and pay for it. The only bummer was that one of the wines I got was a bit too sweet for my taste, but no biggie. Hey, does anyone know if they carry that other wine I really like? Thanks a bunch!
