T400 irons on a Labour day sale
I got a really good deal on the T400 irons I bought from the Canadian online golf shop during the Labour day sale. The savings were huge compared to other stores! But when I tried to trade in my old SLDR irons for credit, I ran into some issues. I had to pay for the old clubs upfront without getting the trade-in value right away. This made me question if the trade-in process was fair and transparent. After looking into it, I saw some negative reviews on Trustpilot about trade-in values, which made me even more worried. I tried to talk to the customer service team through chat, but it took multiple tries to get a response. I suggested options like sharing pictures or having a Zoom meeting to show the condition of my clubs, but the company wasn't willing to consider my requests. The lack of clarity and transparency about the trade-in process made me rethink my decision to buy from them.

Srixon ZX7 irons
Oh yeah, my first buy from Golf Avenue was a shiny new set of Srixon ZX7 irons. I was super pumped to snag them for a sweet deal and had to pull the trigger. The delivery was quicker than I expected, even coming from Montreal to Vancouver. The irons were packed up real nice and showed up in mint condition, just like they said on the site. Traded in old gear
I swapped some old golf clubs for store credit, but then it just poof, disappeared into thin air. The customer service took forever to get back to me and didn't even give me a proper explanation for why my credits vanished. Even though they had a decent range of clubs, I would suggest steering clear of trading in your old gear at this place.

I've bought a used golf club from here twice now, and it's been awesome both times! The club I got was in perfect condition, even better than they said it would be. And when I messed up the return process, they were so helpful and got everything sorted out super fast. I'm starting to think Golf Avenue is my favorite place to get used golf clubs now!

I just bought a whole set of game improvement clubs from Golf Avenue online. I've been looking for clubs with a Senior Flex and was super happy to find them there. Golf shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of golf shoes from Golf Avenue, but they ended up being the wrong size when they arrived. I called customer service right away to try and return them, but they told me the shoes were final sale. I was really disappointed because there was no mention of this when I bought them. This whole situation has really turned me off Golf Avenue, and I don't think I'll be shopping there again. It's important for Golf Avenue to take a look at their policies and make sure they're clear with customers about any changes.

Golf Avenue has the best deals on golf gear. I keep going back because their stuff is cheap and comes fast. Their trade-in program is awesome for getting new gear without spending a ton. The only bummer is they don't do grip changes, which would be a nice bonus.
Ordered a 'new' putter
I got a new putter from here, but when it showed up, it was clearly used! Seriously, that's not cool. I kept requesting an order sheet or a receipt, but they never provided one. So sketchy. I definitely won't be ordering anything new from them again, no way.

There are tons of amazing clubs and things for sale at really great prices. I got some new golf clubs and they are fantastic! They came in really good shape and didn't take long to arrive. On top of that, I got free shipping since my order was over $199.00.
Received damaged clubs
I ordered three clubs, but when they arrived, I found out that the driver wasn't as good as I thought. The shaft near the hosel was all messed up with a big chunk missing and loose fibers everywhere. How is that considered good condition, eh? I ain't impressed, buddy.
Super cool used clubs from America
I recently purchased some amazing pre-owned golf clubs from a company in the US. They provided a shipping kit and the whole process was super easy. I only wish they had more items available on their website so I could take advantage of the credit bonus they offer. But, all in all, it was a great experience!
5 wood purchase
I just got a 5 wood and it came super quick in great shape. It was supposed to be "excellent" but it was actually brand new, still wrapped up. Plus, I got a good deal with a Black Friday sale, so my whole experience with Golf Avenue was amazing.
