Golf Avenue - Reviews and experiences

I swapped some old golf clubs for store credit, but then it just poof, disappeared into thin air. The customer service took forever to get back to me and didn't even give me a proper explanation for why my credits vanished. Even though they had a decent range of clubs, I would suggest steering clear of trading in your old gear at this place.

I got a really good deal on the T400 irons I bought from the Canadian online golf shop during the Labour day sale. The savings were huge compared to other stores! But when I tried to trade in my old SLDR irons for credit, I ran into some issues. I had to pay for the old clubs upfront without getting the trade-in value right away. I tried to talk to the customer service team through chat, but it took multiple tries to get a response. I suggested options like sharing pictures or having a Zoom meeting to show the condition of my clubs, but the company wasn't willing to consider my requests. The lack of clarity and transparency about the trade-in process made me rethink my decision to buy from them.

I recently bought a pair of golf shoes from Golf Avenue, but they ended up being the wrong size when they arrived.
