Gift purchase with engraving
OMG, I ordered a gift with engraving and it turned out amazing! I placed my order at 2pm and by 3pm, I was able to pick it up already with the engraving done. I can't believe how fast and efficient they were. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. The customer service was great too, they were so helpful and friendly!
Gift order issue
I had a pretty frustrating experience with that company. I couldn't get a hold of them about my order because they said they messaged me on WhatsApp, but I don't even use that. I tried emailing and reaching out through chat, but didn't get any response. So sadly, the gift for my son-in-law never got delivered, and that was really disappointing.
Multiple gift purchases
I gotta tell you, I recently bought some gifts on this website and it was not a great experience. Even though I ordered early for Christmas, all three gifts arrived two days late. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through different ways, but all I got was a generic response blaming the delay on 'the rush.' Like Christmas sneaks up on them every year or something. And then, on Christmas Eve, I got a message from customer service saying I hadn't paid for one of the orders. My credit card statement says otherwise, so what's up with that? Seems like they're trying to play games with their customers.
Cake, chocolates, bouquet
So, they showed one thing in the pictures and descriptions, but then when they delivered it, everything was different. The cake didn't taste like the one I picked, and it was smaller too. The chocolates were a letdown - they gave me 'Ferry Rose' instead of 'Ferrero Rocher', and they only gave me half of what I was supposed to get. And don't even get me started on the bouquet - it looked nothing like what I chose. I paid a lot for stuff that wasn't even good quality. The only good thing was that they delivered it on time.
Birthday gift delivery review
I just got a birthday present from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. They delivered the gift to the right place and person, and it arrived right on time. I've been using this company since 2015 and I would definitely suggest it to all my friends, family, and coworkers. You're doing a great job, keep it up!
Gift basket for my sister in Hungary
I've had some really good experiences with their gift baskets! My sister is studying in Hungary, and I decided to send her a nice gift basket through their website. It showed up on the day they said it would, and at the exact time I asked for. The stuff in the gift basket was top-notch and my sister was thrilled with it. I was really impressed with how easy it was to order and the great service they provided.
Variety of gifts available
I was just at this store the other day and honestly, the service was great. But I gotta say, I was a little disappointed with the gift selection. It was mostly just cakes and flowers - not much variety. I think it would be awesome if they had more stuff like laptop tables, bed tables, and cool chargers with lights. It would be so much better if they had a wider range of gifts to choose from, you know?
Unexpected Apology
Gifts n Ideas really surprised me by reaching out after that not-so-great incident back in September 2022 when I left a review. I thought it was a one-time thing, but they went above and beyond by sending chocolate and flowers to the recipient, who was so happy. I really appreciate them taking the time to make things right and turning my negative experience into a positive one. Gift delivery
I ordered a gift for my friend's birthday back in March, but believe it or not, it didn't show up until April! I had to reach out to them a bunch of times to express my frustrations and make some threats. And get this - when the gift finally did arrive, it wasn't even what I asked for. Man, I was let down and felt like I got swindled. I went as far as reporting them to the authorities for how bad they treated me. Seriously, don't trust them with your money or presents. They're totally unreliable.
Gifts for my grandma's birthday
I really love this website! I found some really great gifts for my grandma on here and she absolutely loved them! They have so many fantastic options to choose from, and the delivery was surprisingly quick. My grandma was over the moon with her presents, which, in turn, made me really happy. I would definitely recommend this website to all my friends if they ever need to send gifts to faraway places.

I just bought a teddy bear with flowers as a birthday present for a friend in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. At first, I was a bit unsure about ordering from a different country but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The customer service was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful, which made me feel at ease while placing the order. Birthday gift order
I recently ordered a birthday gift from this company and, to be honest, it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The gift ended up being late and it wasn't even the thing I picked out! But hey, my friend really enjoyed the surprise of getting a "second birthday" and those chocolate covered strawberries that came with it were top-notch. Turns out, the gift I got was even better than what I originally chose. I was glad they kept me updated on the delivery date so I wasn't left hanging. Overall, I might not go back to them in future because of the issues I faced, but I could give them another shot if they step up their game. Those chocolate covered strawberries were too good to resist, so I might just order them again someday.

Business gifts to partners in Germany
I just made 8 orders for business gifts to send to our partners in Germany. After placing my orders, I checked out some reviews - like most people do - and got a bit anxious. But you know what? The packages arrived on time, and Sarah from customer service even messaged me on WhatsApp to double-check that everything was alright. Despite my worries, everything turned out great. I didn't ask for any delivery photos because these were business gifts, but I hope they looked nice.
Order for Christmas gift
I was really looking forward to ordering a Christmas gift for my mom from this amazing website. I found the perfect gift and even got to pick the delivery date. But when the gift arrived three days late, I was really disappointed. They didn't even bother to let me know about the delay, I had to figure it out myself. I tried to contact the company, but they ignored me completely. I was really mad about the whole situation because I had used them before without any issues. I even searched for them online and found a lot of negative reviews. It's not cool at all.
Quick service
I just bought some stuff from that online gift store and it was actually a pretty good experience overall. At first, my order took a bit longer to get to me, but the customer service folks were super nice and helpful. Expensive gift, late delivery, poor quality
So I got this really pricy gift that was supposed to be awesome and arrive on time. But you know what? It was like three weeks behind schedule! And when it finally showed up, it was such low quality, I could've bought something better at the dollar store. I had to bug them for hours just to get a measly 10% off. Ugh, never dealing with them again!
Gift hamper for my niece
I ordered a gift basket for my niece to celebrate her excellent exam results. But when it showed up, it was just stuffed in a box with only half of the stuff that was supposed to be in there according to the catalogue. It was also supposed to be in a nice basket! I reached out to customer service, and 4 different people told me they were looking into it, but it’s been a whole week and I still haven’t heard anything back. I feel really let down and like I got ripped off.
Quick delivery but frustrating customer service
I recently bought something from this online gift shop and had a bit of a rough time with their customer service. When I put in my order, they said it looked suspicious and asked me to send some docs to prove who I am. But the upload button wasn’t working right, so I got annoyed and lost. I tried to get in touch with their customer service through chat and email, but they took forever to reply and I didn’t know what was happening with my package.
Flowers for my friend
So, I got my friend some flowers and she loved ‘em! They were really nice, but they ended up coming a day late. Not sure if it was my fault or theirs, ‘cause I did ask for ‘em on a certain date. Besides that, everything was great and my friend was still thrilled. Thanks a bunch!
