I just got a birthday present from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. They delivered the gift to the right place and person, and it arrived right on time. I've been using this company since 2015 and I would definitely suggest it to all my friends, family, and coworkers. You're doing a great job, keep it up!
Gift basket for my sister in Hungary
I've had some really good experiences with their gift baskets! My sister is studying in Hungary, and I decided to send her a nice gift basket through their website. It showed up on the day they said it would, and at the exact time I asked for. The stuff in the gift basket was top-notch and my sister was thrilled with it. I was really impressed with how easy it was to order and the great service they provided.
Variety of gifts available
I was just at this store the other day and honestly, the service was great. But I gotta say, I was a little disappointed with the gift selection. It was mostly just cakes and flowers - not much variety. I think it would be awesome if they had more stuff like laptop tables, bed tables, and cool chargers with lights. It would be so much better if they had a wider range of gifts to choose from, you know?
Unexpected Apology
Gifts n Ideas really surprised me by reaching out after that not-so-great incident back in September 2022 when I left a review. I thought it was a one-time thing, but they went above and beyond by sending chocolate and flowers to the recipient, who was so happy. I really appreciate them taking the time to make things right and turning my negative experience into a positive one. Gifts for my grandma's birthday
I really love this website! I found some really great gifts for my grandma on here and she absolutely loved them! They have so many fantastic options to choose from, and the delivery was surprisingly quick. My grandma was over the moon with her presents, which, in turn, made me really happy. I just bought a teddy bear with flowers as a birthday present for a friend in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. At first, I was a bit unsure about ordering from a different country but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The customer service was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful, which made me feel at ease while placing the order. Birthday gift order
I recently ordered a birthday gift from this company and, to be honest, it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The gift ended up being late and it wasn't even the thing I picked out! But hey, my friend really enjoyed the surprise of getting a "second birthday" and those chocolate covered strawberries that came with it were top-notch. Turns out, the gift I got was even better than what I originally chose. I was glad they kept me updated on the delivery date so I wasn't left hanging. Overall, I might not go back to them in future because of the issues I faced, but I could give them another shot if they step up their game. Those chocolate covered strawberries were too good to resist, so I might just order them again someday.

Business gifts to partners in Germany
I just made 8 orders for business gifts to send to our partners in Germany. After placing my orders, I checked out some reviews - like most people do - and got a bit anxious. But you know what? The packages arrived on time, and Sarah from customer service even messaged me on WhatsApp to double-check that everything was alright. Despite my worries, everything turned out great. I didn't ask for any delivery photos because these were business gifts, but I hope they looked nice.
Quick service
I just bought some stuff from that online gift store and it was actually a pretty good experience overall. At first, my order took a bit longer to get to me, but the customer service folks were super nice and helpful. Diana from the helpdesk kept me in the loop about where my order was at, right up until it got to me safe and sound. And the gifts were really nice, good quality stuff. I'm happy with what I got. Quick delivery but frustrating customer service
I recently bought something from this online gift shop and had a bit of a rough time with their customer service. When I put in my order, they said it looked suspicious and asked me to send some docs to prove who I am. But the upload button wasn’t working right, so I got annoyed and lost. I tried to get in touch with their customer service through chat and email, but they took forever to reply and I didn’t know what was happening with my package.
Flowers for my friend
So, I got my friend some flowers and she loved ‘em! They were really nice, but they ended up coming a day late. Not sure if it was my fault or theirs, ‘cause I did ask for ‘em on a certain date. Besides that, everything was great and my friend was still thrilled. Thanks a bunch!
