OMG, I ordered a gift with engraving and it turned out amazing! I placed my order at 2pm and by 3pm, I was able to pick it up already with the engraving done. I can't believe how fast and efficient they were. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. The customer service was great too, they were so helpful and friendly!

I had a pretty frustrating experience with that company. I couldn't get a hold of them about my order because they said they messaged me on WhatsApp, but I don't even use that. I tried emailing and reaching out through chat, but didn't get any response. So sadly, the gift for my son-in-law never got delivered, and that was really disappointing.

I gotta tell you, I recently bought some gifts on this website and it was not a great experience. Even though I ordered early for Christmas, all three gifts arrived two days late. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through different ways, but all I got was a generic response blaming the delay on 'the rush.' Like Christmas sneaks up on them every year or something. And then, on Christmas Eve, I got a message from customer service saying I hadn't paid for one of the orders. My credit card statement says otherwise, so what's up with that? Seems like they're trying to play games with their customers.

So, they showed one thing in the pictures and descriptions, but then when they delivered it, everything was different. The cake didn't taste like the one I picked, and it was smaller too. The chocolates were a letdown - they gave me 'Ferry Rose' instead of 'Ferrero Rocher', and they only gave me half of what I was supposed to get. And don't even get me started on the bouquet - it looked nothing like what I chose. I paid a lot for stuff that wasn't even good quality. The only good thing was that they delivered it on time.

I just got a birthday present from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. They delivered the gift to the right place and person, and it arrived right on time. I ordered a gift for my friend's birthday back in March, but believe it or not, it didn't show up until April! I had to reach out to them a bunch of times to express my frustrations and make some threats. And get this - when the gift finally did arrive, it wasn't even what I asked for. Man, I was let down and felt like I got swindled. I went as far as reporting them to the authorities for how bad they treated me. Seriously, don't trust them with your money or presents. They're totally unreliable.
