Unexpected Apology
Gifts n Ideas really surprised me by reaching out after that not-so-great incident back in September 2022 when I left a review. I thought it was a one-time thing, but they went above and beyond by sending chocolate and flowers to the recipient, who was so happy. I really appreciate them taking the time to make things right and turning my negative experience into a positive one.
