I recently bought a sapphire ring and I have to say, my experience with the company was really good. I'd been looking for the perfect sapphire ring for a while, and then I found their website. I just bought my wife a gorgeous traditional solitaire engagement ring from this shop. At first, she wasn't too keen on it because the stone stuck out and bothered her with all the stuff she does in a day. My experience buying a ring from this company was really good. The guy I dealt with, Ernie, knew his stuff and gave great customer service. He even went the extra mile by giving me an honest opinion that wasn't just about making a sale. The ring I got ended up being better than I expected and I'm happy with the gemstone quality. However, I think they could improve their product images on the website. Better pictures and HD videos would give customers a clearer idea of the gems, since some flaws might not show up in the current images. Still, I'd definitely consider buying from them again because overall I had a good experience.

My experience with this company was really great, eh. The guy, Ernie, was super helpful and friendly, eh. He really took the time to get to know what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect custom jewelry piece, which I totally loved, eh. Plus, when I needed a repair, they got it sorted out really quickly and efficiently. The only thing I would suggest is maybe they could think about covering the shipping costs, especially for higher-priced items. Thanks, eh!

I was looking to buy a natural, non-heated sapphire at a good price. It can be overwhelming to find the right gem online, but thankfully I got excellent customer service from a pro.
