I ordered a gift for my friend's birthday back in March, but believe it or not, it didn't show up until April! I had to reach out to them a bunch of times to express my frustrations and make some threats. And get this - when the gift finally did arrive, it wasn't even what I asked for. Man, I was let down and felt like I got swindled. I went as far as reporting them to the authorities for how bad they treated me. Seriously, don't trust them with your money or presents. They're totally unreliable.
