I ordered a custom pillow about 10 days before Christmas, not really expecting it to get here in time because of all the holiday craziness. But when I contacted customer service, Bonnie was super helpful and got back to me right away. She really went the extra mile to make sure my order was rushed, and I was so happy when it arrived on December 24th. The pillow was really well-made, you could tell they put a lot of care into it. I'm really impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks a lot for the great service!

The hosting service I got from RU VDS was a real mess. I was hoping for good virtual server options that were reliable, scalable, and didn't break the bank, but instead, I dealt with constant downtime, slow speeds, and terrible customer service. Their servers were always crashing, causing big issues for my website and business. When I tried to get help from their customer service, they weren't helpful at all and made me wait forever. Plus, the pricing wasn't as good as they said it would be, especially considering how bad the service was. All in all, dealing with RU VDS was a huge letdown and really frustrating.

I gotta tell ya, I was really impressed with this company. Their prices were lower than anywhere else I looked, and their customer service was amazing. The website was so easy to use, ordering was a breeze, and my stuff showed up right on time and in great shape. I'm definitely gonna tell all my friends and family about this company for their eye care stuff.

So, I got my friend some flowers and she loved ‘em! They were really nice, but they ended up coming a day late. Not sure if it was my fault or theirs, ‘cause I did ask for ‘em on a certain date. Besides that, everything was great and my friend was still thrilled. Thanks a bunch!
